Introduction
Work place behaviour is one of the influencing factor that is associated with the
culture of any organization (Kim et al., 2017). There are ethical issues that need to be handled
in a professional manner and it important to do so (LeBreton et al., 2018). This is study is my
reflection on the aspects that will be contributing to managing the ethical issues within the
organization. This study will be discussing the aspects that are related to the organization and
it is ethical issues along with the approaches that help the organization to deal with such
issues. The study will be projecting the self-reflection for the future behaviour in the work
place.
Frameworks and their Impacts
The key issues that I have chosen for the ethical dilemmas that any organization can
face is the equality in the distribution of the resources along with the social irresponsibility
(Johnson, 2018). These two issues can be managed if the two chosen frameworks can be
incorporated within the organization. The two influencing frameworks are equal rights and
least harm approach. It is one of the most significant approach that will be responsible for
the development of the culture to incorporate the aspects that are liable for the development
of the aspects that are related to the development of the organization (Leonidou, Skarmeas &
Saridakis, 2018). These framework can impact the sustainability of the organization. These
frameworks can also impact the organization to encourage the equality among the workers
(Rupp et al., 2015). It is one of the most significant approach that can influence the society by
not being involved in the process of harming the society (Scott et al., 2018).

Reflection on Future Workplace Behaviour
The frameworks have laid a foundation that can influence my behaviour in the future
workplace. It is one of the most influential factor that have contributed to the development of
the factors that will be responsible my behaviour while being engaged in the development of
the factors that will be responsible for the development of the aspects that are associated
within the organization. My approach towards these ethical issues will be consisting of the
implementation of the frameworks and maintain a positive behavioral approach.
My professional ethics is one of the most influencing factor while having a positive
behavioral approach Professional ethics does have an influence in the aspect that are related
to the decision making of the person as it impacts the cognition of a person. Profit is one of
the major factor that can contribute to the progress of the organization. However, my
professional ethics will be abiding the aspects that are related to frameworks suggested to
manage the ethical issues. Professional ethics are one of the most influential part as it can
influence my decision making while considering the decision making.
Corporate governance is one of the most influential aspect that is relate to the
development of the factors that influences the organization. It is one of the major aspect that
is related to monitoring the benefits of the parties. Corporate governance also influences the
risk management process and help the company to be involved in the process of improving
the growth of the company. This corporate governance can influence my behaviour by
making me cautious about the issues and impact the decision making skills by influencing
them. It is one of the most important part for the development of the aspect that will be
responsible for projecting my behaviour while dealing with such ethical issues. Corporate
governance is one of the most influential aspect that can contribute to the development of the
aspect to develop the areas that will be responsible for the monitoring the aspects that are
associated within the organization (McCahery, Sautner & Starks, 2016). This is one of the

major aspect that will be responsible for the development of the factors that is associated with
making my decision making more accurate and help in developing a practice to manage the
ethical issues. This is one of the attribute that will be responsible for the development of the
aspect that are associated with my behaviour towards others while facing any ethical issues.
Culture of the organization is one of the major factor that can influence the aspects
that are related to the development of organization. Organizational culture is one of the major
factor that can influence the aspect that are related to the development of the factors that will
be liable to motivate the employee. The culture of the organization is also important for the
employees that have a significant impact on the behaviour of the employees. Culture of the
organization can also impact my behaviour towards the other employees (Driskill, 2018).
This can impact my behaviour towards the other employees of the organization. My
behaviour towards the stakeholders can be positive based on the practice that have been
followed to incorporate the culture in the organization. It can play a significant role in
projecting my behaviour towards the other employees of the organization.
Codes of ethics is one of the major influencers while concerning with the
development of an ethical culture in the organization. It is one of the major aspect that
contributes to providing a framework to the organization that needs to be followed in order to
get involved in the process of developing the ethical culture in the organization. Ethical codes
are one of the most significant approach towards building a culture that will be responsible
for the development of the ethics in the organization. This is one of the most significant and
influential approach towards the development of such activities.
Conclusion
Ethics are one of the major part for the organization to follow. It is important for the
organization to get involved in the process of developing the framework that will be
responsible for the encouraging ethical activities in the organization. It has been observed that
