Introduction
In the given case which is based on the problems, it also discusses the ethical dilemma in the
case study for research. It is an analysis that the ethical dilemma which considers different
actions by ICT. This report explains the learning issues through employees and employers
because of many issues such as; lack of bonding, communication detachment, absence of
abilities in the employees. It gives some directions towards the learning of different types of
components such as; employers cannot handle and cooperate with the customers in these
situations they are not satisfied. Employees are not satisfied and want to leave their jobs. The
company hold their salaries of the employees due to some reasons such as employees not follow
the firm protocol. This report explains the problems which are investigated by employers on an
initial basis and minimizes the impact of upcoming risks. The report shows solutions which
improve and reshape the situations of the company and manage the aims and objectives with
great efficiency.

When identifying the ethical dilemma of the given case study it shows both the aspects such as;
positive and negative. In the given structure the issue is related to the absence of effective
communication between employer and employee. In the case, it describes that ken who is the
employee not communicate the senior authority and follow the code of ACS values such as; the
primacy of public interest, enhancement of quality of life, honesty, competence, professional
development and professionalism (Jung, 2018).
The problem arises due to many reasons such as ken who is the employee of the company not
follow the ethics of the company and coordinate with the high authorities and launched the
systems without permission of the company. It is investigated that his manager told that to ask
permission for the extension.
The situations arise due to not follow the ACS values. Ken breaches the values which are
honesty level with the company. It is identified that ken should follow the company rules and

protocol. It creates big issues for the company and due to these reasons the company faces

the work. According to the code of conduct of honesty should be followed by every member of
the organization but it is not followed by a particular employee of the firm (Alshammari, et. al.,
2015).
It is an analysis that the work is beyond the abilities of professional shall not accept. Ken should
not accept the company ethics and launched the systems and gain the profits of individuals.
Further, if ken faces the problem than should be discussed with the company head authorities. So
they will provide the ideas to solve the problems.
Managers of the company will give support to discuss with the ken and communicate what they
want but it is not done. Thus, the main reason for arises the problem is ken, do not communicate

with the high authorities of the company before launching the systems and due to these issues
company suffer from the problem. The other reasons are lack of communication gaps between
ken and manager as well as the top-level management. It is investigated that unethical act of ken
resignation towards job position without serves the notice period to the organization and without
telling the organization manager (Sulzgruber, et. al., 2017).
It is analysis that when he went to the bank to collect the funding and salary, the bank denies
paying the income. Ken should ask with the permission of top management of the company but it
is not done. The organization would suffer from the issues regarding ongoing projects as well as
tasks of ken which is not on time and showing delay. It not only decreases the image of ken but
also decrease the reputation of the company. So it shows that communication gaps give
outcomes in creating the major issue towards management and employees.

It is investigated that all the above three videos discuss the ken who is the employee suffer from
the problems due to many reasons. Videos explained the issues which are faced by the
organization. The major reasons which arise due to the absence of honesty in employee ken that
is not applied by the employee when launching the system towards customers. When analysis
the ethical dilemma it is noticed that employee should know the ethics of the company and
follow all the rules and regulations of it.
Ken is the main reason for the issue because ken testing the system which is not ready for the
presentation was launched by unplanned and un-expectable movement. It decreases the image of
the company and reputation. The problem is arising due to ken not follow the company protocols
and refuse all the contract of the company. It not only creates problems for the company but also
decreases the company image. Ken is the major defaulter of the given case scenario (Sebhatu &
Pei-lin., 2016).
It is noticed that after the incident ken gives resignation towards the job to secure the disaster. In
the outcomes, employer holds salary and financial profits, advantages of ken. It is an analysis
that the issue is coming due to the employee of the company not follow the ethics, protocols of
the company. In the outcomes, it creates big changes within the employee lifestyle as well as the
conditions of the company.
It is investigated that ken was suffered from the issue for a long-time period and that is the
contact towards the payroll department for salary problems, payroll transfers which are requested
to the human resources department. It shows that ken feels that like football which does not get
appropriate response towards the company but not get the proper satisfaction.
It is also noticed that ken do mistakes in the previous years and not satisfied with the company.
In outcomes, ken should discuss the problems with the top management so they will find out the
appropriate solutions of ken problems and provide directions on what is right for ken. In an

It is concluded that the previous analysis shows the base of the ethical dilemma and find out the
major causes of the problems. It described that ken who is the employee of the company not
follow the company ethics and launched the systems without taking the permission of the
company and give resignation towards job position. Issues built due to not only by ken but also
for lack of coordination and cooperation with the employees.
Employees are not satisfied and follow the ethical behaviour of the Australian computer society
(ACS). Due to these reasons the company face losses and decrease the image of the firm. It is
investigated that it is essential for the employers of the company should know the skills and
abilities to solve the problems of the employees. It is recommended to the employer to reshape
the situations and changes into employee’s behaviour and modify the get the results which are
beneficial for the company.
Employers should focus on coordinate with the team members and ask them towards feedbacks.
It is suggested to the employers of the company to monitor each and every tasks activity, keep
the update of the employee’s performance their behaviour and discuss the problems on time to
time. It builds a strong relationship with the employee-employer connection ( LaMontagne,
2016).
The employer should interact with individuals with the employees so they can discuss what the
problems they face and the changes they want for improvement. On the other hand, the employer
should ready and up-to-date for employees help. It is also essential for employers to conduct
training programs for employees. It is noticed that employee is the major cause of the problem.
Employers should improve their communication skills and working abilities so they cannot bear
the problems. It is also recommended to the employee to must take the training sessions within
the company.
