INTRODUCTION
For each and every business organisation, it is essential to be aware about the factors of
external environment, especially when the organisation is performing its operations in global
environment. It has been analysed that the companies which are performing its operations in
global market face several issues because of external factors. Through analysing the external
factors, the management of business organisation can develop the effective strategies which help
them in overcoming from the challenges which they are facing in the global environment during
expansion of operations (Baudot and et. al., 2020). It involve several aspects which are found as
essential to consider for ethical code of conduct. This report deals with the issue or challenge,
codes of conduct which assist in resolving the issue, available guidance from relevant
professional bodies. Along with this, it also include the Career and Personal Development (CPD)
Plan.

The chosen ethical issue for this report is the Corporate Social Responsibility which is
found as the most challenging issue for the business organisations in the global or worldwide
aspects. It is crucial for the management of business organisation to understand the entire
concept of corporate social responsibility because it help the organisation in gaining the higher
competitive benefit (Bindhu, 2021). Because of change in climate of different countries, the
corporate social responsibility is also challenging and directly effect the business operations of
organisation. It is consider as the huge challenging issue because each and every business
organisation might create the challenges for the people living in the society. Maintaining the
sustainability of business organisation is not an easy task for the global business. In order to
maintain the sustainability, the organisation have to face numerous issues. While performing the
business operations at global level, several number of green gases are being produced.

It is found as crucial for the business firm to implement the ethical code of conduct for
the purpose of resolving the issue related to the corporate social responsibility the context of
global environment. The management of business organisation have to do focus on the several
