INTRODUCTION
For each and every business organisation, it is essential to be aware about the factors of
external environment, especially when the organisation is performing its operations in global
environment. It has been analysed that the companies which are performing its operations in
global market face several issues because of external factors. Through analysing the external
factors, the management of business organisation can develop the effective strategies which help
them in overcoming from the challenges which they are facing in the global environment during
expansion of operations (Baudot and et. al., 2020). It involve several aspects which are found as
essential to consider for ethical code of conduct. This report deals with the issue or challenge,
codes of conduct which assist in resolving the issue, available guidance from relevant
professional bodies. Along with this, it also include the Career and Personal Development (CPD)
Plan.

The ethical Issues
The chosen ethical issue for this report is the Corporate Social Responsibility which is
found as the most challenging issue for the business organisations in the global or worldwide
aspects. It is crucial for the management of business organisation to understand the entire
concept of corporate social responsibility because it help the organisation in gaining the higher
competitive benefit (Bindhu, 2021). Because of change in climate of different countries, the
corporate social responsibility is also challenging and directly effect the business operations of
organisation. It is consider as the huge challenging issue because each and every business
organisation might create the challenges for the people living in the society. Maintaining the
sustainability of business organisation is not an easy task for the global business. In order to
maintain the sustainability, the organisation have to face numerous issues. While performing the
business operations at global level, several number of green gases are being produced.
Explain code of conduct to resolve the issue
It is found as crucial for the business firm to implement the ethical code of conduct for
the purpose of resolving the issue related to the corporate social responsibility the context of
global environment. The management of business organisation have to do focus on the several
activities, so that they can perform their operations in the ethical form and provide the products

and services to the customers by being ethical (Fanti and Buccella, 2018). Below mentioned are
the several aspects which are being necessary for the management of business organisation to
consider while performing operations:
 The management of business firm is required to motivate all the employees towards
the business organisation. For the same purpose, it is necessary for them to provide the
equal rights to each and every business employees working in the firm.
 The management of business entity must fulfil the corporate social responsibilities
through the promotion of decreasing the green house gases which are being produced
by the business organisation while performing their operations or functions.
 It is the responsibility of management of business organisation to perform the business
operations by contributing some amount to the poor section of the society. It result in
the enhancement of brand image of firm within the global business environment.
 Several laws and regulations are being developed by the government of country related
to the business organisations which are performing their operations in the international
market (Guzzo, Wang and Abbott, 2020). The organisation must have to implement all
the essential laws and regulations for the purpose of avoiding the legal actions and
being responsible for maintaining the ethical code of conduct to operate the business
functions.
Discuss the support and guidance from the relevant professional bodies
Below mentioned are the points which are describing the support and guidance which are being
available from the relevant professional bodies:
 The management of business organisation must take the support of the relevant
government bodies for the purpose of conducting the corporate social responsibility of
organisation.
 It is the major responsibility of individual to perform the functions in the ethical manner,
so that they can protect the organisation in an effective and efficient manner from the
harmful impact of environment (Latif and Sajjad, 2018).
 The company also have to eliminate the unethical practices such as cyber crimes in order
to properly contribute towards the society.

 The government also suggest several activities and campaigns which aids to protect and
ave the environment. The organisation is required to properly participate in all such
activities and contribute in saving environment.
Explain the positive and negative impact of the code of conduct with the professional bodies
over the organisation
All the situations and circumstance have both positive as well negative impact. The issue
related to the corporate social responsibility of business organisation directly affect the
operations of firm which is performing its operations in the international market (Villalba‐Ríos,
Barroso‐Castro and Vecino‐Gravel, 2022). The management have to follow the code of on duct
in order to perform the operations in the ethical manner. Below mentioned are the several impact
of code of conduct:
 If the management of business organisation is not aware about the rules and regulations
of the country in which they are going to expand their operations, it will negatively
impact the operations of business firm.
 The positive impact of government bodies related to the Corporate Social
