loyalty in UK beauty salons”.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
To examine the relationship that exists in between service quality and the customer
loyalty.

To evaluate all influences created by the service quality on the customer loyalty in the
UK's beauty salons.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is considered an important concept and phenomena for
conducting a study and investigation as it consists of different tools and techniques required for
the researcher to conduct important research in in critical and analytical manner. There are a
number of methodologies which are part of research methodology and are as follows:
Research approach are of two types inductive and deductive. For my project and
research I will be using deductive research approach for analysing information and
identifying the relationship between actual existing data and new market information.
Research design which I have chosen for completing my study open the research topic
of identifying the impact imposed by quality of services on customer loyalty in beauty
salon industry of the United Kingdom are quantitative and qualitative. Therefore
descriptive Research design is selected for the study.
Research methods are two types primary and secondary and for my research project I
have chosen both the methods. Secondary data is collected through literature review
primary data is conducted by using questionnaire as online survey tool.
Research participants can be selected by 2 common method that are probability and
nonprobability which are also known as probable and non probable. In the present
investigation random probability sampling method is chosen for selecting a appropriate
sample. The sample size is a 50 salon customers chosen according to the geographical
position.

Research validity and reliability is determined through the tools and techniques used by
the researcher for collecting and presenting data. For the present research as a researcher
I have questionnaire as a important tool for collecting valid and reliable information from
the market in the most effective and valuable manner.
Data analysis process determined as procedure used for examining and analysing the
collected information by the investigator. As a researcher I have been using both primary
and secondary Research methods for collecting data. In order to examine primary data
that is quantitative information questionnaire will be used and for making the information
reliable frequency distribution analysis is a technique adopted.
ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Conducting and completing a research with appropriate evidence and proof leads the
researcher towards several ethical issues which creates number of complications. Some of the
ethical issues which are faced by me as an investigator or can be faced in future are conflicts of
interest, confidentiality, legalities, honesty and integrity, plagiarism and many more. These are
some of the major ethical issues and consideration which I have to be aware about as they can
directly e impact on my work in a negative manner. Also a positive aspect attached with these
ethical considerations is it will guide me to complete my entire study in the most ethical and
systematic manner.
RESPECT FOR THE AUTONOMY, PRIVACY AND DIGNITY OF
INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES
A researcher or an investigator several different responsibilities and aspects to be focused
upon while conducting their study, collecting information and presenting it in their report. It is a
very important area for the researcher to impose their focus where I have to make sure that
privacy, autonomy and dignity of individuals as well as community is involved in my study are
intact. As an investigator I have to follow certain procedures and processes for getting proper
valid consent, confidentiality and anonymity. The two very important processes which will be
helpful for me as a researcher and I have to follow while conducting my investigation are
confidential research and anonymous research.

SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY
As mentioned in the research proposal the present investigation for the Research report
will be conducted but both qualitative and quantitative data. In order to collect quantitative data
online survey tool known as questionnaire is used as a research method. Maintaining scientific
integrity is a crucial and critical aspect of a research project in which I have to go through sexual
practices on a regular basis such as analysing data and discussing any issues being identified. As
well as I also require thorough and in-depth training to appropriately examine qualitative data by
using statistics and hypothesis.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
I am an investigator who will be making use of several resources and tools which will be
collected from using several resources from society. Therefore as a researcher and an individual I
am responsible and liable for fulfilling certain actions of research which are in favour of the
society and by which I will be paying back the society for the help I received from it. As per my
knowledge and understanding I have identified that there are some of the responsibilities which
are are needed for me to fulfil and these are economic responsibility, environmental
responsibility and human rights responsibility.
MAXIMISING BENEFIT AND MINIMISING HARM
A research study is a critical project to conduct and investigator asked to go through
number of risks and mitigation practices in order to maximize benefits and minimise. There are
several different types of risks that are faced by the researchers. Some of the risks which I may
be facing wise conducting my research is invasion of privacy, keeping sensitive information
confidential, interpreting appropriate meaning of the data and information gathered about the
respective topic. These are some of the risks which I have faced and message in future as well
for completing my research project and it is important for me to reduce them as it will benefit me
as a researcher as well as my work to provide valuable and valid conclusions at the end of the
project within appropriate time and by using appropriate practices.
