Introduction
Leader is an individual who motivates all the workforce
of in a business organization in order to ensure that
accomplishment of activities takes place as planned.
Effective leadership improves quality of
performance of overall organization. Work culture is
improved as all the manpower is highly motivated to
perform best as guided by leader.

From the presentation it has concluded that every organization should have leaders which
understands importance of ethical behavior so that organizational culture can be influenced.
Leaders must follow suitable leadership style so that effective leadership can be created
and employees can be motivated to perform in the best manner. Application of suitable
leadership helps to establish positive business environment so that all the objectives can be
achieved as planned. Chances for success is improved when effective leadership is initiated
in the business.
