Two of the community services case studies
Client Rights- On the basis of scenario, Mr. Chuter and other four disabled people that are
needed to provide the better facilities or services of different players. But these responsible
persons are not having a knowledge about the consumption of poison by different people. As per
case study-1, legal right of Mr. Chuter, where they must have a required to follow law in which a
person has drunk enough poison drinks. In Case study-2, it has been passed the psychological
society code of ethics and prohibits psychologists from having a sex with patient. This was
becoming consider an illegal activities that would be declared under code of ethics.
Legal Breaches- in case study-2, legal breach is identified that a physician try to do sexual mis-
conduct with patient. In order to define as sexual harassment by physical contact and advances.
In case study-1, legal breach is determined that person will consume a harmful poison and
become consider as legal aspect when another person will not aware about this situation.
Ethical Breaches- In this case study-2, The ethical issue is that when person try to perform
ethical activities with patients (Barsky, 2019). Whereas a person is already suffered from
depression, anxiety and alcohol problems. In case study-1, ethical breach is reduce person to
persona contact. No one concern about the players.
Legal and Ethical- On the basis of case study-2, the psychological board of Australian has
found the consultation note of Mr. Griersmith. In order to identify the issue or problem, which
caused her to be constantly teary as well as emotional things. As per case study analysis, it has
concluded that Australian legal authority implement as proper health practitioners regulation. In
case, if any kind of report identified related to sexual mis-conduct in connection with the
practice.
Reporting- in both case studies, reporting process are applied in the different situation. But it
would be handled by legal Australian authority. In case of any illegal activities identified, it takes
a certain actions.

Values- in behalf of both case studies, I have been ensured that needed to understand the moral
value of people, those are participated authorised activities. whenever, interaction between client
and workers, which may improve the relationship and identify their problems.
Organisational Review- . On the basis of case studies, it has been examined the actual amount
of poison in Mr. Chuter’s system to identify whether his death was inevitable or not. In such
cases, it would be applied a workplace policies that supports for inspiring or motivating people,
giving a quick medical & safety facilities in the workplace.
Workplace policies, procedures and protocols- it is an important aspects for managing a good
relationship with medical professional supervisor, reduce the misled of medication practitioner in
failing to note the actual existence of relationship with client (Zabel & et.al., 2017). Applied the
workplace policies such as consultation, continual improvement or review, development and
Amendment etc. Protocols are all about the assigning the responsibilities and always consultant
with stakeholders.
