INTRODUCTION
Smoking tobacco is not good for health. In relation to this, there are many of the health
issues which are there can cause due to long term smoking. There are many of the health issues
in which one is the most common which is lungs cancer that are created due to smoking tobacco.
There is need to create awareness on whole new level which can help and aware more people
who are regularly smoking tobacco. In relation to this, there are many of the campaign has been
held which are there to creating the awareness which are there can help and promotion to quit
smoking. Aim of this essay to understand that if it is permissible to prevent people from smoking
tobacco. In this, essay, there is some understanding and some laws which are there able to help in
understanding the concept and theories (De Ruijter and Hoving, 2018).
MAIN BODY
Tobacco is the one which is harmful for the human body and there is need to limit the use
of smoking tobacco which is there able to provide different harm and health issues to human
body. In relation to this, there is need to create the awareness which is there to stop someone
from smoking tobacco. Smoking tobacco not only introduce the nicotine to the body but it also
introduces more than about 5000 chemicals, which are cancer causing chemicals which is there
in lungs, organ or blood. There are also some side effect on the new born baby when their mother
has consumed tobacco during the pregnancy. This can also cause miscarriages, stillbirth, low
birth weight and ectopic pregnancy etc. Now-a-days there are many of the teenagers who are
there introduced to the tobacco are getting excited and feels like trend to smoke tobacco. This is
leading to divert the health awareness and make them in tobacco consumer on regular basis. In
relation to avoid the risk of health, there should not to smoke tobacco. There is very low chances
of quitting smoking when it comes in regular manner. There is also some of the reverse health
issues of quitting smoking (Apostu and Cosma, 2018).
There are different laws which are there not provide the permit to stop someone form
smoking forcefully. In relation to this, there is need to create awareness and provide different
sessions which are there to create interest for quitting the smoking. It is not permissible to
prevent someone from smoking tobacco which is not legal in eyes of law. There is no any strict
law to stop someone form smoking tobacco. In relation to stop someone from smoking tobacco
there is need to make them aware about the consequences which are there due to smoking

tobacco. There are different way thorough which there is chance of make and help them in
quitting smoking tobacco which is there high in nature. There is need to make them understand
about different consequences of smoking. There is also need to make them understand in polite
manner which should not be in the lecture form. There are some of the steps which are there
should not be done with the people who smoke. Such are like nagging them about smoking,
counting number of cigarettes they smoke in a day, arguing with them when they are trying to
quit the smoke in response of withdrawal symptoms. Getting upset when they smoke sometimes.
These are some of the words which should not be there in front of people who smoke and trying
to quit it (Shabani, 2019).
There is also need to create some distraction which can help to prevent someone form
getting in mind for the smoking. It is seen that when there is second thought there in the mind
and any type of stress is there then it comes in mind to smoke. So, there is need to create some
environment which are there can help someone to be good and happy. This can help people to
prevent form smoking tobacco. There are some of the distraction like going for movies, make
dinner, dinning out for dinner to favourite restaurant, going to concert, going to the place where
smoking is not allowed, planning some game night with friends and many more. There are also
some of the ideas which are there can help to prevent from smoking, which are like slowly eating
of hard candy, chew gum, putting straw or toothpick in mouth, playing with rubber band, drink
lot of water, getting relax and many more (Duaso, 2017).
There is a theory that when you want to stop someone from doing any work then don't
force then to stop that activity. This theory is very helpful and can be applied in relation to stop
and quitting someone from smoking tobacco. To influence someone to stop smoking, there is
need to make someone better understand their different side effect and benefits of quitting
smoking which should be enough beneficial that can help to provide better care and help in
quitting and preventing someone without forcing them to quit smoking. There can be some
adverse impact of quitting smoking in which getting irritated is one of the major side effect
which can be seen easily in person who is trying to quit smoking tobacco. There is need to
provide some care and give them the reason to be busy in relation to quit or stop smoking. To
stop smoking there is need to start with creating gap which is there to increase the time interval
of smoking (Bui and et. al., 2020).

CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be concluded that it is not legal to stop someone from
smoking. But there is chance to ask someone and to help someone to quit smoking tobacco. In
relation to this, there is need to provide better care and help them in preventing smoking and can
help them in quitting smoking. It is totally illegal to preventing someone from smoking in
relation to this, there is need to make them aware about the negative consequences which are
there due to smoking tobacco.
