Utilitarianism. The model act Utilitarianism, states that people those who have knowledge about the
ethical behavior they perform such acts which is beneficial for themselves as well as for companies
in which they are working. It also reveals that the effectiveness or accuracy related to the actions
taken is completely based on the consequences. Additional to this, According to the theory of

Dineva and Hadzhipetrova-Lachova, 2017. ). Utilitarianism hypothesis states that he results of
cheating are usually bad, and therefore cheating should be condemned.
The other ethical theory is that Deontology, this hypothesis states that an individual should
adhere to their obligations as well as duties when engaged in decision making procedures. Manager
or leaders those who adopt Deontology, approach will produce very consistent decisions since they
will be based on the individual’s set duties. Deontology, theory is based on moral judgement on the

This tactics is considered to be as an appropriate, as it also helps in eliminating both ethical as well
as legal issues, hence assists in improving business performance.

organisation is required to set an example of ethical behaviour, as this strategy will assist them in

others the desired behaviors that they wish to nurture within their organizations. For instance, if
company wants higher standards, manager or leaders in an organization must demonstrate those
standards (Brett, 2018). As this tactic will assist management in managing people as well as will
help in developing more ethical environment at workplace. Managers or leaders in an organization
