better workplace environment. This study will be projecting about the aspects that are related
to the identification of the issues related to the ethical dilemma of organizations that are
related to the sociopolitical as well as economical activities. So the following are the most
significant ethical issues that are related to the organization.
Distribution of the Resources
Resources are one of the major part for the organization and it is important for the
organization to distribute the resources with responsibility (Scott et al., 2018). However, it is
one of the major factor that is associated with the ethical dilemma of the organization. It is
one of the major factor that contributes to the advancement of the organization. This is one of
the most significant aspect that will be liable for the development of the aspect that is related
to the functions of the organization. Resources in an organization is one of the most
influential aspect that is related to the development of the organization and allocation of such
resources in the employees without any discrimination is one of the most significant aspects
that are related to the improvement of the organization (Leonidou, Skarmeas & Saridakis,
2018). It important for the business operators to allocate the resources in an equitable manner
to incorporate the fair practices in the organization. It is one of the major factor that can
contribute to the development of a positive relation between the employee and employer.
Ethical Framework
It is important for the organization to respect the rights of the employees and provide
them with the equal resources that they deserve. It is important for the organization to be

the major dilemma that impacts the organization (Rupp, 2015). The primary function of any
organization involved in the process of business is to maximization of wealth. Thus, it
becomes an issues that is related to the ethics of the organization. It is one of the most
important for the organization to involve in the practices that will be impacting the society in
a positive way.
Ethical Framework
It is one of the major factor that can influence the organization. Thus, it becomes
crucial to address this issue. It is one of the major factor that will be liable for the
contribution in the society. It becomes important for the organization to be involved in the
process of development of the aspects that are related to the progress of the community. The
least harm approach can affect the aspects that are related to the development of the
organization but not harming the societal values (Johnson, 2018). The least harm approach
can impact the organization in a positive way by not impacting the image of the organization.
It is important for the organization to not indulge in the activities that can adversely affect the
