research conducts through an unethical way at workplace. Therefore, the essay seeks to identify

In the case scenario, this has been witnessed that employees are not much aware about the
research that is conducted within the organization. It is found that the employees co-opted or
found not interested, as the managing director is keen to see the results in the favor or against
him. The employees found that they do not have the rights to speak openly in the research that
has been conducted. In addition, to step out from the respective problems, employees should
focus on some options that research is required to be conducted in ethical manner.
