How and why the project workshop activities develop to increase social and ethical awareness
The workshop activities which I have attended contributed towards my social and ethical
awareness and responsibilities. Such that during week 3, an activities was performed regard to
communication skill, where I understand the distortion of any message affect the aim adversely.
In professional area, such skill plays an important role in order to meet the defined aim (Cullen,
2020). I also examined ways to improve the skills because I already have weak oral
communication and that is why, to improve the same, I can attend different webinars. Through
this, I can said that a strong communication skill assist to make me social responsible. Further,
during week 5, I determine the factors that contribute to work in a team and examined that if I do
not work on my verbal communication, then it affect my performance within a team. If I worked
in a team, I ensure that there must be an effective collaboration so that the defined task will be
attained.
Moreover, I also realized that performance of a team increases when each members
performed in an effective manner. Along with this, there should not be any lack of
communication, otherwise it affected the overall team working. In addition to this, I also raise
the numeracy and reading skills throughout the workshop activity. Such that watching 2 videos
on YouTube about numeracy, I enhance skills and also able to solve the problem pertaining to
any data set. Along with this, reading skill is also improved side by side because in YouTube
different sentences mentioned and by reading the same, I enhance my reading skills. Further,
during week 9, I come to know about effective presentation of oneself in which different
documents and tools used like CV writing, interviews etc. Through this, it can be stated that I
such activities contributed towards my social development, where I am able to perform the work
in effective manner.
Also, within a class, academic and professional integrity has been discussed which makes
me aware about the turnitin. This in turn assist me to develop the effective ethical responsibility
such that academic misconduct may breach the rules of an University and it is consider an
unethical aspects which is not tolerated by the schools (Pansera and et.al., 2020). Hence, it can
be stated that these all workshop activities assist me to enhance the knowledge and improve the
interpersonal skills as well. Further, with task management and time management, I am able to
examine the importance of time in order to managing the work and that is why, I make a list of

work which are more at priority. Thus, it will help me to examine the importance of time
management at personal as well as professional manner. Along with this, it also have a positive
impact upon my career because it encourages me to work in an ethical manner. Such activities
provoke me to examine the strength as well as weakness so that an effective measures can be
taken in order to attain the defined aim of a live.
