lessen the burden of human at the very same time there are certain disadvantages that are faced
with the use of drone. It is seen with the use of the advanced technologies there are certain

Introduction
Human beings need to follow certain rules and regulation. Disobeying of the ethics is
regarded as unethical. Ethics comprises of moral codes of value. The report discusses about two
different case studies, which requires the analysis of ethical issues [4]. The first case study focusses
on a top rated company situated in the United States. Recently the company is planning to use
drone technology for delivering it prescriptions. Wilmont is having limited money to spend in the
project. The analysis of the ethical issues will start with the identification of the issues and the
reason behind it. The second case studies focus on the decision making of a particular project and it
is important that how will a project manager take the decision for the completion of the project
successfully. The report analysis the ethical issues that might arise in the above stated case studies.
The report highlights the ethical issues, the important principles of ethics that are effected, it will
identify certain related facts, the affected parties with the use of such technologies, the action
required to prevent such ethical issues and the methods in which it can be prevented with the use of
alternative methods.

Scope Management
Overall description of the project is required, which is the first step of the scope
management related to the project. The next important step involves the justification related to the
project. The constraints related to the project need to be identified. Certain assumptions related to
the project need to be made and lastly inclusions and exclusions related to the project need to be
made.

There are certain tools and techniques that helps in identification of the risks. The
techniques are brainstorming, Delphi technique, Interviewing, SWOT analysis, root cause analysis.
With the help of all this tools and techniques, the entire risk related to the project can be easily
identified.
Stakeholders Management
Stakeholders plays a vital role in the project. The project need to identify the stakeholders
and at the same time identify their requirements. The interest and expectation of the stakeholders

the project need to be presented before the stakeholders so that they are able to have a clear view

the ethical issues, the very first thing, which is required, is the knowledge about ethics. With the use
of the technology, there are certain ethical issues that the people take permission of flying one
drone and then does not follow the rules related to it. Drone is also violating the privacy of the
public. It is observed that many people are misusing the drone [2]. Drone can enter anywhere, which
can lead to the privacy loss. Any malfunction of the drone can lead to the accident of the drone,
which can destroy the property, and land of others. The advanced technology is automated and not
under human control.
Fundamental principles of ethics which are effected
There are certain principles of ethics that need to be followed. There are seven fundamental
principles of ethics, which are effected, with the use of certain technologies in the project [7]. The
fundamental principles are justice with the use of technology the justice is not done in a fair manner,
as it does not involve any manual input. The loss and damage to the intellectual property is also one
of the main principle that is affected with the use of technology. The privacy issues are another
factor that is affected. With the use of technology, the sensitive data are not secure and it is
unethical as the information-stored need to be secure. However, it can be stated that the
technology need to be used in such a way that it does not hampers the fundamental principles of
ethics.

The related facts with the project is that the project need to be processed and structure.
The governance of the project plays one of the important role. The project management framework

from it. The code of ethics is created after studying all the related ethical issues, which happened in
the past [5]. The use of code of ethics comprises of certain objectives. it helps in providing guidelines
for the members, it helps the members to remember all the rules and regulations, it helps in
maintaining the standard of the organization, it helps in promoting the public confidence and it helps
the organization to have the knowledge about the certain rules. Therefore, with the use of PMI code
of ethics the project and the manager are able to approach systematically with the project [3].
Recommendations
With the help of Project Management Framework, it becomes easy to start any project.
There are certain basics principles that need to be followed. The process is initiation, planning,
execution, control and execute [6]. First, the project needs to be initiated with the proper
identification of all the objectives related to the project. Accordingly, the structure and designing of
the project is done after the planning is successful then only the project is executed. The framework
helps in gathering the required information and creating the best plan for the project. With the help
of the project management framework, certain standards are maintained and it is important to
utilize the PMI in a proper way.
