trucks running in Australia. In this report, the concepts that will be elaborated are utilitarianism
theory, virtue theory, deontology theory and contract theory which will give assistance to
consider the decisions which are conducted by a person.
Utilitarianism theory
This concept is concerned with the pleasure that is received by a person at the time of
conducting the specific act. To conduct a particular act the people are motivated so that they can
receive pleasure. This utilitarianism theory will tell about the decisions of the act of a person and
it is related to the overall level of motivation (Greene, 2015).
In this case, there are artificial robots on which emphasis will be given. They are focusing
on replacing the activities conducted by a person in the transport industry located in Australia. It
can be evaluated that when the changes in the technology are considered then jobs of the
individuals will be taken into consideration by the robots. If robots conduct the activities then it
can be seen that efficiency in the work increases of the organization located in Australia and also

making the independent contract with the drivers in which many benefits are given to the
workers like annual leave and also the reasonable pay. This type of activities can also give
impact to the society if the focus is given to the practice. In this theory, proper decisions are
taken into consideration as it will give impact to the overall cost of the services. The organization
can consider the prices to be kept at a low price for the consumers so that customers can be
induced to avail the services form the market. It is analyzed that to consider the proper decisions
the company has to follow proper pricing policies so that activities can be completed in a proper
manner (Vitell & Hunt, 2015).
