Introduce yourself Working at the ethical tradaing group as a purchase officer, there
found some issue regariding the worker compensation and the
employee development programme for the same. Although there
found a huge gap in the employee performance this is because lack
of proper compensation system which is used to motivate the
employees and gain the productivity performance from their efforts
in order to gain the expexted results. A complete return to
employment policies, which are used consistently, can reduce the
duration of rest and the risk of long-term disability. This paper
reports on the findings of a high level of research that examines the
views of managers and returnees about the implementation of a new
plan for their organization. Moreover, a video meeting is also
conducted for the same and the following report prespares the
meeting clouser report for the same in context of Ethical Trading
Group. Clouser report is being prepared because it is the vital tool in
the project managerement which outline the importance of the video
meeting for the set goals and the ways by which organisation can
achieve these goals. Working as the purchase officer, the

it is recommended that the company monitor the websites of various
organizations regularly and follow the various regulatory
frameworks on the various platforms.
