The idea of the involvement of the both vegetables and non-vegetables as edible
has sustained the stay of the human in the earth. It has indirectly helped them to cope
with any other situations in the world. Nevertheless, since the anima products or no
vegetables contains surplus amount of protein. Therefore, the consumption of extra
protein in the diet of a human being is very unhealthy because our body feels the pressure
of digesting complex protein and then synthesize the nutrients from it. However, in the
factor of a normal vegetable diet the food products are itself very simple products that are
very simple in nature an easily digestible. It is full of nutrients as well. And the nutrients
can be easily consumed normally without cooking as well, whereas in case of non-
