LITERATURE REVIEW
Concept of ethical violation
In the words of Tricker and Tricker, (2015) the business ethics refers to as a concept where
the company applies the principle of ethics and moral that is what is right and what is wrong
business practice. It is very essential for the business to use the ethical principle while doing
its business. This is because of the reason that if business does not pay attention to ethical
behaviour then it will lose its market goodwill.
But according to Dimopoulos and Wagner, (2016) ethical violation refers to as business not
following the principles of ethics. This is not a good condition for the business as no other
company y will like to do business with this as they are violating the ethical principle. This
violation can be in different forms like use of fraudulent business practices, mishandling of
funds, charging consumers high and many other different practices.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Methods of data collection
Data collection refers to as a system wherein the researcher will collect the data relating to the
research topic and to find some conclusion for the research problem. The data can be collected
from two different sources that is primary sources and the secondary sources. For conducting
the present research, the researcher will use the combination of both the sources (Kumar,
2019). This is because of the reason that the primary sources help the researcher in getting the
direct information which has nit been used earlier and the secondary sources authenticates the
information with help of views of different authors.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATION
Ethical consideration refers to as the things which the researcher needs to
maintain while doing the research. Here the research must ensure that it gets the
consent forms signed by the respondent before asking them any question. Also,
the scholar must ensure that the data selected is chosen from all the authentic
sources and not from any unauthentic source (Bilimoria, Chung and Hedges,
2019).
