Introduction
The impact of workplace discrimination on productivity is highly important and
effective for the growth of the company. This report provides support for the
company to make understanding about workplace discrimination and work as per the
organisational impact. There are different factor which is related to major
discrimination over the years in the many types of organisation (Dave, Sur and
Gupta, 2021). Further, all of these are helpful to assign research problem and make
effective skills to associate with the major changes and their effective communication
plan to identifying talent management in increasing profitability.
Aim
"To identify the impact of workplace discrimination on productivity and performance
of employees in business origination" A study on TESCO Plc.
Objective
To understand problems related to workplace diversity in a business firm.
To determine the factors that lead to workplace discrimination and impact
on the performance of employees in TESCO Plc.
To determine the issues faced by employees because of workplace
discrimination in Tesco Plc.
To identify strategies that can be used by management to solve issues
related to workplace discrimination.
Methodology
I use effective research methodologies, to overcome the management
technique and make effective values there. I am using the deductive approach as it
will help analyse quantitative information. This research is based on the positivism
approach and make philosophy and make help in analysing different standard and
make effective positive outcome (Hanna and et.al., 2021). Further, the mono method
is used to analyse the statistical data to validate the research outcome. I used the
cost-effective method that must be supportive and grateful for managing tools and
assist in the project completion. Here, primary and secondary data are used for
getting better results. I am trying for being able to make a sampling method to use
and make probabilistic sampling with 40 chosen size. With different probabilities,

some major changes and growth are related to making valid conclusion at the end.
All of these are helpful for growth and make some strategic approach for assigning
and make some effective system which is based on my skills.
Ethical consideration
This will be related to make some effective approach and adaptabilities which
are helpful for design and make some major changes. It will be helpful for the growth
of their own behavioural for accomplishing some major changes and their growth
within the market. There are several concepts which are related to honesty and
integrity, the objectivity of the research outcome, openness and make confidentiality
to assign and complete the task for gaining some major challenges and growth to
assign different aspect and legality. With the help of some major protection act, like
data protraction 2018, the collection process and much different consideration help
manage and accomplish government law and regulation. All of these help design
and manage some major concept to run and make effective growth to analyse the
outcome.
Respect for the autonomy, privacy and dignity of individuals and communities
This process includes the valid consent, confidentiality and anonymity process
which are useful for me to analyse the outcome within the society. All of this help
gain some major role and make effective growth with the society and able to work
and manage the activities to complete trust and make growth within the society. With
the help of knowing privacy, respect and make growth to data to make proper
changes and make effective research approval for the possible objective and make
effective growth within the market (Jamal and Higham, 2021). Which are helpful for
me to conduct and make proper identifiable data clear and unambiguous. For,
helpful for me to make conduct for the growth to make effective research for all
possible and objective manner. All of this help grow and make some effective
changes which are related to make sure for addressing effective approaches.
Scientific integrity
This will be associated with social responsibilities and make relationship for
me and make a method which connects to the large behaviour for the society. This
will be helpful for the company and make some strategic approach to assign and
complete some basic assumption for the growth of the company (Robson, 2021). All

to work and manage the data in an organised way. These strategies help gain in a
more effective and manageable way to complete the basic behaviour within the
society.
Maximising benefit and minimising harm
This help creates and manage some major minimising the growth and make
some effective changes within the effective interpretation for the right decision. It will
be helpful for the growth and approaches of the company to assign and accomplish
