The law agencies should not be allowed to unrestricted access of the information of the
audience and people live because it is required to have a systematic way of doing the process of
working on the privacy ethics (Landi and Sciarelli, 2019). There are different ways and in
different situations when the people or the government can ask for the details about the company
employee which the company is having in their data needs to be protected and verify that the
data does not get leak and slip. It is very important for the organization to make sure that they are
providing the process of data protection and need to follow the data ethics which include the data
security and safety. It is crucial for the organization to make the better process in the security of
the data they are having in the business so that the personal details of the employee and the
people are not leaked. There are different software which are used by the organization to make
sure that they are preventing the data of the employee they are having so that they do not leak the
details of the people.
2. Scenario you could personally imagine to unrestricted access to the digital communications.
There are various kinds of frauds which are present in the market which is why good
digital communication is essential which is going to make the imbalance be present in the
organization. There has to be good relationship which must be present which is going to be a
good factor and no investment must be made in making the opportunities of this industry for not
being able to grow in the market which is not going to be a good factor for a long run. The
economic factor of the country can get affected and unrestricted access is going to make
manipulation and valuable data be lost which is not going to be good for individuals or the
country overall. There are a lot of frauds which are present in this field which have to be
maintained and controlled so that there is trust and loyalty of the clients which is going to be
present. Data manipulation has to be monitored and made sure that it is not taking place. There
are a lot of loopholes which are present in an organization of digital communication which can
impact the prestige and trust of the clients can be lost very easily which has to be well
management.

3. Data stored in private email accounts are much protection as letters in a locked desk drawer.
Data stored in the process of working need to be stored at the private accounts rather than
the desk drawer. It needs to be stored at private so that if the government want to access than
they need to provide the warrant to check the drives and take the details. It is a safer way and the
protection is important for which the private server are better. If the breach of the data is done
than the individuals totally responsible for the consequences. Locked desk drivers are easily
accessible and is not that much protected because it does not require the warrant to check it. The
individual can get into trouble for the same as it can enhance the process and working for the
people if they do not utilize the safety measures and leak data can be a huge impact on the person
lives which need to be taken seriously (Schönborn and et.al., 2019).
4. Describe ethical principles related to the information technology
The ethical principle have been discussed below
 Personal Privacy : Working on a larger scale of people it is very important for the
people to manage the process in the organization. When there are people who are
working on the server of the organization and provide their personal details on the portal
they are working are storages on a particular place. There are several chances by which
the privacy details of the people can get leak during the transferring of data and which
can cause a huge issue to the individual and organization.
 Patents : It is very difficult to deal with such ethical issues in the working environment.
Patent are the unique and secret identity aspect of different ideas. Obtaining copyright is
easy on the other hand obtaining a patent is very difficult. It requires a thorough
disclosure is required with different software. The holder of the patent need to revel all
the details to program in a proficient programmer for building a program.
 Trade Secrets : Trade secret is one of the ethical issues in the information technologies.
It is the process of making the process of working secure and also help in securing the
useful and value prices. It only protected the law for the trade secrets.
 Access rights : The ethical principle in IT includes the right of access in the technologies
to the privacy of people. It is one of the high priority process because the user need to
have the rights to access otherwise it can be a crime for the misuses of data.

5. What are the arguments as to why closing the digital divide is important.
There are a lot of scenarios where it can be interpretative that the digital inequality is
causing a huge impact on the digital divide. Digital divide is very important because it provides
an equality in the distribution of the digital revolution. The digital divide cannot be closed
completely as it is a wider concept and it depends on the utilization and working understanding
of the people towards the revolution (Rawhouser, Cummings and Newbert, 2019). On the
contrary it is important for them to make sure that every person is aware about the process of
working into the digital revolution and if they do not know the digital process of working then its
completely fine to make it learned and get educate. The digital divide can not be closed
completely and it needs to be managed according to the situation of the individuals.

Most common ethical issues within the global business that includes outsourcing,
working standards and equal opportunity, conditions, workplace diversity, child labour, trust,
human rights, political arena, religion, bribery, supervisory oversights, as well as corruption.
Global Business and trading globally is expected to provide the safety and [policies to be
completed and the government norms should be fulfilled. It includes fiscal and monetary policy
reporting statutes, civil rights laws, environmental laws and many more.
Mention below are some ethical principles of global business Trust- It is very crucial for the organization to make sure when they are working on the
global level, they need to make sure that they are following the ethical principle on global
level and it includes trust to work in the global business (Alshehhi, Nobanee and Khare,
2018). Trust is one of them most important ethical principle which is important for the
business to increase the process of learning and also in developing the business strategies. Quality- Ethical principle in the international business and global working need to make
sure that they are providing the quality working in the process of trading which they want
to do in international market. It is important for them to provide the quality services and

maintain the business quality in the international market. This is one of the most
important ethic in the process of working in the global business market.
 Value creation- Value creation is referred to the process in which they create a working
and offering of the product and services in the market. They need to make sure that they
are working with new ways to increase more customers and also to provide the ethical
working in the global market. It is important for them to make different values creation to
increase influence on the market.

What are research methods and were they sound
The research method are different and the organization had used the interview in their
research. The research is done on 135 business leaders which are including the NGOs, union
agencies, government during the year of 2018 in the states of Tamil Nadu. Here exposed
information that can be top down initiatory from brands that have leads to different change
within the working conditions of individual. They are failed to get rid of utilization of labour
(Sila and Cek, 2017).
Brands are demanding low wages and ethical class practices from suppliers, but they are
not compensable enough or changing their business models in order to makes such things
possible. It is important for them to make different use of models to increase the efficiency and
also the labour should feel that they are understood in the organization and are an important part
of the business. There are different view of the people from the questionnaire that they are
feeling different from each point of view. They are explaining that it is crucial to make different
models used to increase the working of the business and also to make sure that they are
increasing the amount for the workers.
The researcher find causes from the optimism from the organizations and the strategies
they are making are not good for the audits due to eradicate and exploitation in pioneering
strategies. The co-author of the business ethics at Royal Holloway explained that the business
owner and people are providing different approach to increase the skills of the worker to create
new learning for them and increase the performance of the business (Taliento, Favino and Netti,
2019).

The research is being done in the secondary method of the research and the data are
collected from books and journals, reports, articles etc.
What are key messages?
The majority of the firms mark poorly with more than three living quarters that are
scoring less than 50 % on an average score such as 30 %. These are considers as low mark that

and change the abuse of workers who are manufacturing the goods they sell.
 Recruitment- No one in the process of recruitment need to pay for the job. But there are
a lot of places where the employee had to pay in for their recruitment amount for several
months. There are 36 of the companies out of 49 are having a policy including the
prohibiting worker-paid fees for recruitment in their supply chain. There are a lot of
disparity between the practices and policies, only 13 of the companies are providing the
evidence that are providing the fees have been paid and repaid to workers.
 Worker voice – Worker voice refer to the rights of the worker which they claim. It is
important to have rights of the worker so that they can develop the process of working in
the organization and can explain the issues they are facing.
Common observation from both reports.
It can be observed from the report that the report is well analysed and is done in the most
prominent way to increase the efficiency of the work. The analysis is done in the most systematic
way with the clear explanation. The focus of the report is on the work wages and the ethics
which is not being followed by the different leaders in different companies (Lytras and Visvizi,
2019).
