State the aims and objectives of this research:
The aim of the research is to identify the factors and activities that act as an impact on the
motivation of job performance of employees. The aim is to focus the study on Google,
one of the best and reputed organisations in the world

To identify the effectiveness of the techniques that has been implemented to
attend the organisational objective

The information consent form must be filled up in a proper manner in order to
ensure the participation of the employees in the best possible manner without
any form of controversy and problems that might occur in the future. The
presence of the consent form will ensure the success of the research in a
proper manner. The consent form must be presented to the participants before
undertaking the research to obtain their consent.

Every researcher need to take into consideration ethical issues so that the
dissertation can continue effectively and in a proper manner. One of the
important ethical considerations that are needed is the fact that the data
collected for the research is based on the Data Protection Act 1998. Every data
collected for the dissertation need to be used only for the research purpose.
None of the information of the data can be used for any other work apart from
the research. The participants that have been approached to assist in the
research cannot be forced to provide responses against their will. The
responses cannot be manipulated to suit the requirements of the dissertation.
The data collected has been based on authentic sources such as company
approved websites, financial statements as well as direct interaction with the
three department managers of Google
