INTRODUCTION
Value and ethics consists with the moral code which have to be followed by all the
employees working in the organisation. In relation to the code of conduct business made their
value according to establish ethical aspects into the businesses(Barsky, 2019). No business will
control every employees actions, it can only be considered with expectations and generates
process for violation in relation to handle the grievances into the business. In respect of many
company there are similar areas of focus regarding the values and ethics. Values and ethics into
business are defines through proper laws which considered into business, vision statement,
mission statement and policies which are necessary in process and operation related to
organisation. Value and ethics of workplace are developed on the basis of work environment of
the organisation. Below report is based on the topic define ethics and factor which influence
ethics, discuss of why ethics are needed in the organisation, two laws of that will promote ethical
practises in the company, issues faced and mention the rule which is demanded by the public and
client.

What is meant by the term ‘ethics’. In
explaining ethics, also discuss the
factors that influence ethics:
Ethics related with philosophy and
approach which emphasis and seeks to
address issues which is related with concepts
of what is right and wrong in the company.
Ethics are considered with four aspects
areas(Cheon, E. and Su, N.M., 2018). The
first one is meta-ethics which aims on
understanding the nature of evaluations in
respect of ethics, ethical principles origin
and relates with the meaning which is
consists with terms used but it is free of
value. Relates with descriptive ethics which
involves for example population proportions
or taken certain groups which considered
what is right and wrong. Normative ethics
involves with moral theories which focuses
on how moral values will determine, what
scenario makes things right or wrong, good
or bad and what should have to be done. The
last one which is considerably applied in
company is applied ethics which will

examine the controversial issues such as
abortion, capital punishment and euthanasia
and apply them is that ethical theories to real
life situations. Here are some of the factor
which will influence ethics is that:
Personal ethical code: This factor
considered with people personal code of
ethics which they adopt first and that is what
one will considered, moral will be the prior
most factor which is responsible for
influencing his behaviour.
Rules and regulation of government: This
factor relates with government rules and
regulation which is supported by laws
regarding several working conditions,
relates with product safety as well and
statutory warnings as well. These aspects
will provide some of the guidelines to the
managers and senior authorities in determine
what will be acceptable and recognized
practises and standards.
Social pressures: It is considered with the
force and pressure of society that will
impact considerable amount of influence on
ethics relates to business. In context of any
company if they are engaging in any supply
of sub-standard products and involves in
unethical conducts, the behaviour of
consumer will be different towards the
company. These unethical value will
develops the pressure on them by society to
work accordingly and honestly towards the
business ethics (Gray and Chivukula, 2019) .

organisation:
Workplace ethics are considered
with moral values which are needed to be
opt by the organisation in order to foster the
growth of their productivity as well as on
their operations too.
It is an integral approach in fosters and
increased productivity and the teamwork
among all the employees into the
organisation. Ethics will generates strong
alignment in relation to their employees and
workers between their values and mindset.
Importance of ethics in workplace is that :
Asset protections: Strong value of ethical
culture within the business is crucial in
protecting the assets. In an organisation
