company under the influence of the environment of the company unless and until mergers or
acquisition happens. After this, the work culture of that company changes a lot. The changes are:
Anonymousness: like other employees ICT professionals of a company loses confidence
and get scared by the unknown features of the new culture (Qi and Ming-Xia 2014). This
hampers their performance as a whole.
Quick- changeover: the administrative department of any company tries to adopt the
changes post-merger very fast. This affects the new employees most. They get
uncomfortable.
Changeover: every changes like the change of working hours, work processes, new office
environment affects the employees most. As a whole, every detailed change in the office
due to merger affects the performance of ICT professionals.

like disrespecting others, which cannot be tolerated.
3. Take the decision: this istime to make a call. Only after analyzing the above points we
can take a decision of whether to implement a decision or not.
