As per the view of Kulju and et.al., (2016), ethic is considered to be important aspects of
nursing’s. All the nurses are required to have proper respect of patients by protecting
their respective rights and maintaining their appropriate level of integrity and dignity. On
the other hand, the Poorchangizi and et.al, (2017) stated that nurse should have proper
creation of favourable environment in terms of mutual trust and respect among patients.
This is will be included of proper check-up along with revealing he level of personal
information. In addition to that as a nurse, the patients have entrusting the patient
dignity which is hence the responsibility of burses in order to have guarding their
respective privacy along with listening concern.
According to the views of Rathert, May and Chung, (2016), role of nursing ethics in the
working environment is important as the nurse have to work alone with their respective
health professionals which included proper collaboration with different nurses,
colleagues and doctors. On the other hand, the Dinc and Huric, (2017), states that
nurse have the responsibility to have performance on their duties as per the instruction
of the physicians in order to make appropriate decision whenever it is required. In
addition to that’s nurse have to maintain the high level of responsivity in terms of their
professional competency by having proper level of participations in professional
development programmes as the continuation of education. On the other hand., the
Kulju and et.al., (2016), contradict that’s nurse have breach to their respective
responsibility by sharing the patient information without their respective concerns and
patient privacy law. In addition to that’s nurse are more level of responsible for any
immoral behaviours among the patient and other professional. As per the view of Dinc
and Huric, (2017), it is important for nurses to pass the information to staff leader about
healthcare professionals who they find engaging in illegal activities, work with non-
reported impairment or demonstrate incompetence.
According to view of Rathert, May and Chung, (2016), ethical nursing makes up the
level of framework for providing the maximum level of patient care which will be effectful
in balancing the job performance and nursing ethics. The author also supported that

nurse should have proper balancing in requirements of health systems along with needs
of their respective patients.
On the other hand, the Poorchangizi and et.al, (2017) states that the patients have their
priority of nurses in need to focus on the kind of care and rights of the patients. This is
moral responsibility of nurses to make the effective and efficient level of decision
making which have inclusion of rights of patient regarding acceptance and refusing to
take level of treatment. Since, nurses should be knowledgeable in terms of medical
terminology which is helpful in explaining their information regarding patients.
On the other hand, as per the (Hashish, (2017), nurses are considered to be more level
of accountability as responsibility regarding their respective action. This have inclusion
of situations in which the nurses properly delegate the task to different nurses. Hence all
the nurse is considered to be answerable for respective judgemental calls which have
inclusion of direct care, respective delegations, teaching and research development.
As per the Chadwick and Gallagher, (2016), the nurses have the major duty over
influencing the environment around her to have respective promotion of more moral
values and quality health care. in addition to that’s the nurses have major obligations to
create, maintain and contribute in environment advancements virtue with excellence. As
the professional development, the nurses should have the contribution in health care
environment in order to have increase in positive interactions among all the team
member of health care department and patient.
According to views of Kulju and et.al., (2016), the nurses to advance to the profession
by majorly contributing to practice, policy, education and administrations along with
knowledge development. In addition to that serving in leadership and mentor roles will
have increase in civic activities which have clear involvements of government initiatives.
As the responsibility in term of code of ethics, nurses are required to have actively
engages with different health professionals in the social sector in order to have the
maintenance of local, nationals and global level of health issues. On the other hand, as
per the reviews of Butts and Rich, (2019), nurses should be more level of aware of
global hunger, environmental concerns, pollution, lack of health care, violations of
human rights and disproportionate access to health care services around the world.
