The term reflection simply refers as a learning ability where an individual person can be

appropriate knowledge from the person who is conveying their experience. In this report, I am
able to understand the ethics and personal relation concept in the detailed manner. While doing
this project I met from many difficulties where it makes me to get distracted and frustrated

the reflective practices and writing which can help them to increase their knowledge and learning

McDermid, 2018). There are many and different kinds of model which help the individual person
to reflect their experience in the effective manner.
Gibbs reflective model
It is a tool or a model which help the person to reflect their speech and experience in better
manner which create an accurate sense and help the listener to understand it in better manner. It
is consisted into six major steps:

the time and helped me in the project which was went good.
Analysis: In this step it has to deliver the speech where why the things went not well and why
things went well and good. The project making on the topic went well and I am able to learn and
understand the things appropriately.
Conclusion: This factor is the overall summary of the situation and experience e an individual
refers and what the individual learn from their experience (Colomer, Serra, Cañabate, and
Bubnys, 2020). At last, it has been concluded that I am capable of understanding the importance
of the time management skill and required to improve them.
Action: The last factor denotes where they have to make an action plan to increase and enhance
their ability and skill which will help the ion future to face the similar situation in effective
manner. In the action way, I need to improve my time management skill by prioritising my work
