The study intends to support and promote the development practises in research work
and evaluation of data. It aims to raise awareness and help to identify the ethical issues so that
an individual can take justified decisions. Ethical principles are considered to be most
important as the research and evaluations completely relies on self -judgement, analysis and
appreciation.
Importance about the topic:
The topic relates to the research and evaluation in every decision made by an
individual. It is important to consider as the decisions are solely dependent on such
information and thus the result or outcome is also dependent on it. It is important for few
reasons such as: proper use of power to conduct the evaluation. Ensuring a faithful, loyal and
impartial evaluation1. The ethical use of evaluation increases the scope by the users to do the
evaluation and increases the scope of expected outcome.
How to develop it:
It can be developed if all the people who are engaged in designing, managing,
conducting the evaluation activity are aspiring to conduct a better quality work with the
guidance of professional standards and principles. It is highly dependent on the ethical
conduct of key factors during the evaluation process with proper measures.

Description of the event and my feelings:
The event typically defines the advantages that an organization or an individual gets
by making sustainable and judicious decisions that will help them. The evaluation will
respect the right to give information and help the participants to get aware of the scope and
chances of confidentiality. It is done for others benefit. The participants must be informed
about the risk and usefulness of the process. The merit of the study is it meets the relevant
quality criteria and forms a useful source for evaluation. The study basically intends to show
how important it is to evaluate judicially. The process includes a proper reporting of the
information for compelling reasons within each agency2. At national standard the evaluation
should be presented and discussed in a proper manner to help the stake holders to react to
them. The original data will be kept in confidential files. They can also brief the evaluation
with the permission of the agency. The data must be saved with full confidentiality for the
use of the staff and workers.
From the study what I could conclude is that it is a beneficial method to make
judicious decision that prevents the decision maker in different ways. The process is followed
in developing countries for development in regions where there are dilemma. I also
understood that transparency is must in such situations. The need to have a clear information
about the entire issue is very important for making judicious decisions. The need to make
judicious decision is important in every field. Thus maintaining a method, procedure or
perspective for deciding or analysing is very important in every case. The study has given me
a clear idea about how important it is to make judicious decision with sustainable thinking

The event intends to define research as an original investigation undertaken to achieve
knowledge and view on a particular topic. There are many evaluations that include issues like
serious threat and risk to the participants. They also have strong implications as they are
connected with different programs and policies. There is no framework that governs the
quality of evaluation. The event primarily focuses on the decision making policies in
development practise rises and dilemmas that occur in countries.
Impact on social relation:
The development in ethics helps to grow the society in a broader way and thus the
developments are beneficial to the society. The ethics that are implemented in the
development evaluation and research are creating a better scope in the society to initiate
beneficial steps for the society. I realized that this system will help the people in society from
taking any wrong decision and also help them to understand if anything wrong is happening
in their immediate circumference.
Political relation:
The development research helps the political ground to make a stringer hold on the
society and evaluate the condition in the society. They implement new research strategy that
is beneficial to the society and thus creates a better scope of development in the culture and
society. After completing the study what I realized was that this development method helps
the entire political system to create a better research process in the society that helps them in
better understanding.
Cultural relation:
The study clearly states that a proper decision making is clearly needed by every
individual that might be a part of politics, society, culture or nation. The decision making part
is highly dependent on the type of research we are doing for the entire issue. This has to be

kept in mind by every individual and thus it will help them to take a correct decision and
prevent them from taking any wrong decision that will not only hamper the individual but
also hamper the entire culture.
Foreign policy:
When it comes to foreign policy it is more important to get a better understanding
about the entire matter. A proper research and development will help the decision maker to
analyse carefully and take a correct relation. I personally belief that in case of any
international relation a proper understanding is required and thus the decision making has to
be in a proper manner. In this case the ethics development plays a very important role.
Economic relation:
Once again economy is also an important matter that has to be met is utmost sincerity
and care. While taking any decision the ethics in development or research helps the
individual to understand the entire incident in a better way and thus take a correct or justified
decision. Economic relations are very sensitive and I think it must be handles with care.
Every relation that is related to this has to be very carefully decided. Thus the ethics in
development and research plays an important role in this case and must be followed by the
individual. The ethics helps to evaluate in a justifies manner and thus it prevents from taking
any wrong decision.
It helps to make judicious decision that is beneficial to all the people and
environment too3. The entire process benefits others and maintains a concept of not harming
anyone in the entire process. It is generally described in relation to a fair method of
recruitment, no unfair burdens and easy access to benefit the participants. There are various
ways that can change the scope for corruption in such cases and bring out a better outcome

The outcome is that when the evaluation and research is done it is done in a more
sustainable manner thus reducing the risk of taking a wrong decision. It can be possible to
make wrong decision and then suffer is a very crucial condition. However, whenever the
decision is made with proper evaluation and research work then the scope for taking a wrong
decision is reduced thus the participants are saved from many challenges and risks. It is
basically used for official decision making where the risk can be life threatening or a threat to
the entire nation.
Thus, the evaluation and research has to be done in a justified manner4. However,
there are variation in decision making pattern for different population, but it is necessary to
take decision depending on the social factors and factors that can be a real threat to the
participants. There is no formal training in this system and it is completely done on the basis
of experiences. The study will result to a benefit to every participant and explain them how
important it is to make judicious decisions.
