In my opinion, every individual’s ultimate goal or aim is to be kind to others and treat
people with respect. Being ethical in everything will give good result to the ones who wants
to achieve the ultimate goals. Respecting people and treating them right throughout is a way
in pursuing the final good in life. Being ethical is also a way to attain the goal. Role of ethics
is essential in everyone’s life. It does not have any consequences instead it makes the person
better and the ultimate goal. As per my knowledge, ethical behavior reflects the career and
family of individuals. It is good to act with morality and integrity.
Ethical has significance in a person’s life. It has certain effects as well. Firstly, an
ethical behavior makes the society better. When the society is made better, a life on
individuals also gets better. Without the presence of ethical and moral conduct, the society
will be a depressed place to survive in. Secondly, one must treat people with respect and
equally. However, majority number of citizens does not behave in a moral manner in the
society. Thirdly, at workplaces it secures meaningful employment. Usually people judge
employees based on their behavior. They tend to look at a person’s previous activities and
behavior and uses it as a tool to forecast future behavior. An individual having an account of
the past immoral behavior will have trouble in protecting the job. Fourthly, the level of stress
should be reduced at workplaces an even at home (Bax, Beecher & Bienvenu, 2017). Taking
moral decisions and having a ruled outlook on an issue decreases pressure. Therefore,
involvement of ethics is essential for improving the life of human beings. By being ethical
and moral lives can be enriched. It is important to work hard and live a moral life when
young since it is supportive to practice and execute these concepts before confronting with
more issues that are complex. Ethics is especially significant to those individuals who do not
desire to work in law enforcement. A person’s reputation is highly significant for a business
leader and if a person’s reputation is damaged by poor ethical conduct, the business will end

up suffering losses. In my opinion, working hard with ethics and moral will result in great
success.
There are ways of practicing kindness. Kindness is a willingness to celebrate the
success of someone else. Being kind to others has an important aspect in every individual’s
life. Affection, care and gentleness are synonyms of the term kindness. Kindness is used in
speaking the truth in a subtle way when it will be beneficial and supportive to other person.
Receiving proper feedback in a caring and loving way is a significant part of a relationship. I
believe that working hard in a kind way will help you achieve the desired goals. There are
plenty of methods to be kind as well as many opportunities to practice. Therefore, kindness is
used as a value that can attach more contentment and build up the relationship. From the
perspective of humanity ethics, the love and kindness transcends the level of emotion and
includes the combination of both practical and moral reason. Kindness ethics is regarded as
an alternative method to virtue ethics since its essence and practical values are far more
definite and concrete. All these aspects have importance in life and will always teach a lesson
throughout life. Being ethical and kind will make people learn on the values of life. With the
level of freedom established by the modern science and technology, greater responsibility
comes to be kind to oneself and others (Maguire, 2017). The distance between human beings
is getting smaller while each individual is becoming isolated and helpless in an increasing
rate for the sincere kindness from others and the world. Being kind to oneself, mentally,
physically and psychologically makes up the foundation of being kind to more people.
Ethics is a complex area. It is generally associated with the kind of people are. Ethics
is about right and wrong in human conduct. Instead, it is about choices and dilemmas.
Individuals are constantly faced with taking decisions and making choices. The decisions that
are taken can be fundamental that they will shape the kind of people individuals will become.
However, including ethical issues in taking decisions has an effect on an individual’s life.

Working hard and treating people right with respect will always result in great success.
Ethical behavior is equally important in the workplace as it is in our personal lives. It refers to
the sense of society’s right way of living our daily lives. An act of kindness is a gesture of
goodwill towards someone (Phillips, 2015). It is a way of connecting with people and gelling
with them. Communicating with proper ethics and kindness has a positive after effect.
According to me, human beings are hard wired for kindness and love. If an individual is kind
to another, it comes back to him in one way or another. I believe kindness is rational and
makes sense for societies. Generally, being kind usually takes courage but one should always
be kind for the ultimate goal. Ultimate goal is to pursue almost everything in life by being
kind and ethical. Every individual is affected by the act of kindness. It is often considered as
contagious and a small gesture of kindness can have a greater impact on someone. In my
opinion, being kind improves the quality of life in the community as well as workplace.
Showing kindness to others feels equally good when the person receives it in return. The
underlying goal behind being kind and ethical is to be successful in life. These aspects are
important has it spreads positivity as well as helps to achieve the goals.
Moral values are considered as relative values that helps in securing the life and
respect both the values of self and others. An individual whose morality is reflected in his
willingness to do the right thing Ethics are generally moral values in action. Maximum
number of people gains and learns the norms of ethics at home and school. However, most
people attain the sense of what is wrong and right during their childhood and moral
development therefore arises throughout life. Societies also have legal rules that govern the
behavior but the ethical norms usually tend to be broader and more informal than laws.
Actions can be either legal but unethical. Ethical principles and concepts are also used to
criticize, propose, evaluate and interpret the laws (van, 2015). Treating people with kindness
also reduces or decreases the rate of conflicts among individuals. Kindness is not something

that demands hard work instead it is derived from the simple act of not doing any harm to
others. Being kind to others helps in giving someone a piece of mind rather than inciting
separation and conflict. Working with kindness and ethics leads to success and no confusion.
However, I believe that being kind to others have a set of benefits which includes increased
happiness and a healthy heart.
Maintaining ethical norms and kindness will always affect the lives of individuals.
Incorporating acts of kindness in every activity will give results and help them achieve the
ultimate goals. Exploration of human values in the global society is important for the
betterment of the individuals as well. Human value crisis is a known fact of the modern
society. The impact of human activities brings a lot of difference in the society. Therefore, in
my opinion the values and being kind and moral with people should be the ultimate goal of
individuals. A lot can be gained from these aspects of life.
