Cybersquatting is a process in which an individual register sell or use the domain name of
another business having a trademark already registered with goodwill an intent to earn profits

trademarks in order to earn profits in the market. Some of them are given below:
Examples of cybersquatting
There are so many examples of companies who are victim of this cyber squatters as it affects the
profitability as well as goodwill of the business as their customers buy the products by thinking
that it is the company’s original products and their trust gets broken by the duplicate product.
The example of victim of cybersquatting are Panasonic, Avon, Hertz and many more.
This can be addressed from two options which are available in United Kingdom:
Company has the option to sue the cybersquatting and get justice under the provisions of
anti-cybersquatting consumer protection act.
To fight with cybersquatting one option with the company is to use international
arbitration system which was created by the internet corporation of assigned names and
numbers.
Anti-cybersquatting consumer protection act has been formulated to prohibit cybersquatting and
prevent the companies from this crime which has been increasing day by day on the internet
(Lee, Wood, and Kim, 2021). They also provide an option which is less expensive and faster to
the companies which has been mostly considered by trademark experts to address the issue from
Internet Corporation of assigned names and numbers arbitration system. The system provides
justice through the case filed in the arbitration and other legal proceedings regarding this crime.

less expensive than lawyers and other expenses in legal cases.
TASK 2

There are several brands in the fashion industry who are dependent on adapting fast
fashion in their organization to attract more and more customers (Urdan, and Luoma, 2020).
These organization take supply of their clothes from manufacturing industries and sale with their
brand name. The brands such as Nike, Primark and H&M use Indian manufacturing organization
to take manufactured designs for their products. The business
Constant order fluctuation: As clothing industry is dynamic in nature their orders and the
manufacturing industries get their orders in in heterogeneous manner. Fluctuation in orders
creates high pressure on the manufacturing industries which results in several problems to the
industries
Forced child labor: Major issue which has been faced with these high pressure on
manufacturing industry is that they are forced child labor in order to complete their orders pick
from these famous brands. Their forced to use the child labor as they have no option remain
which is a major ethical issue as it violates the human rights of children (Maseno, and Wanyoike,
2020). Primark is also previously traces this negative publicity of post child labor in their
manufacturing units in order to complete their orders or have high pressure on the manufacturing
companies for their products and services.

brands such as Nike, Primark and H&M the company has previously get the bonds signed by
their labors and forced them to do the work on overtime in order to complete the orders they
have already taken from these brands. There are various labors who signed Bond with the
organization and forced by the organization to work with them in any manner. This force
sometimes violates their basic human rights and affects their health and well-being also. It is not

ethical to use forced bonded labors in such a manner that it has violated the basic human rights of
the workers.
Provide any solutions and recommendations
There are several recommendations and solutions of this problem of over pressure on the
manufacturing units which has been given by top fashion brands business practices. The
exploitation of workers can also be reduced by various options. As the organization chooses
other manufacturing units to have supply of the latest fashion and their organization the company
as an option to appoint moon manufacturing units to take their supplies. Demand in the market of
the company the company can have several options in their list of different manufacturing
industries to apply in the peak time so that they can provide business too many manufacturing
organizations and reduced workload on single organization (Penaflor-Guerra, Sanagustín-Fons,
and Ramirez-Lozano, 2020).
Another solution to this problem is to have a regular check on the manufacturing units by
the brands that they are not indulge in any kind of ethical issues as it also affects the reputation
of the brand in the market. They should always take care that the company has operates its
business in ethical manner. The company can also pre-determined there sales to provide regular
orders to their suppliers to avoid work pressure on the organization (Torelli, 2020).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that ethics have a great impact on a

principles so that they can achieve great success in their life. Information technology also has
various bad impacts on the health and well-being of an individual also this information and
technology provides an option of cybersquatting to the businesses which is equivalent to the
