My Ethical Mentor is one of my school teacher of English subject.

Nelson Mandela was the most revered figure in public and much admired personality in whole
world. I also bestow extreme esteem and respect to him as he was a revolutionary anti-apartheid
in South Africa and a philanthropist. He was also elected as South African President for five
years. His government focused on undoing the inheritance of apartheid by undertaking
institutional based racism and nurturing racial reunion being a nationalist of Africa.

He was developing politically on the basis of his practice and training in legal domain and
particularly because of his emphasis to use legal revolution instead of engaging in violence. We

moral behavior as well as keeping a vision of ideology.

commitments and promises and not interpret any agreement either by way of legalistic or

notice, Respect to proprietary information of any former employer and refusal to engage in
any unfair act.
Fairness: Being just and fair in all the dealings always help to avoid overreaching, indecent,
or undue advantage of difficulties and mistakes of another.

Managers should show transparency with financial statements and conduct regular
investigations and audit as it will help managing the financial environment in the
organization.
A manager should respect all of his employees and give consideration equally to all and
also be willing to take all inputs to make decisions.
