• The ethics and values of an individual, a group, an organization or a
community plays major role in guiding them regarding their deeds.
• These values include developing health, averting risk of disease and decreasing
or eliminating suffering.
• It is also important to focus on the ethical values and religious beliefs of the
individuals in a community receiving care and treatment.
• It makes it necessary to provide them learning in order to make them
understand the fact regarding the coordination of care (Chipulu et al., 2018)

LOCAL RELIGIOUS
COMMUNITY:
• Hispanics or the Latinos are one of the largest ethnic and racial minority
community in the regions of the United States.
• Hispanics community are found to have a strong heritage which includes their
family, culture and religion.
• Every local group of these Hispanic community has their own cultural beliefs
and rituals which are different from one another.
• They also have their own health care and treatment beliefs which in various
aspects keeps them deprived of better health and lifestyle (Browning et al.,
2016).

NURSING CODE OF ETHICS:
• The code of ethics for nursing was proposed by the American Nurses
Association (ANA).
• The Registered Nurse Code of Ethics comprises of different ethical nursing
values, which is found to be most important for any nursing practice to deliver
a better care and treatment.
• This code of ethics conducts both integrity and professionalism in their practice
• It guides the nursing staffs to provide equal heath care rights and treatment
without discriminating on any aspect (Epstein & Turner, 2015).

IMPACT OF ETHIC ON
COORDINATION OF CARE:
• The ethical guidelines of a nursing care provides the nursing staff to provide a
better coordinated care.
• The coordination of care is a process of involvement of two or more
stakeholders to provide patient care.
• It involves the nursing staff, the healthcare professionals and the patients in
order to provide better care to the individual

Rich, 2019).

• It has to be focused towards delivering a fair and equal treatment and care.
• the coordination of care involves a multidisciplinary team from various diverse
field of practice.
• It thus gets effected by the healthcare policies due their diverse regulation
(Miller et al., 2015).

PATIENT CENTRE CARE:
• It is necessary to develop communication in order o asses the religious beliefs
and values of the Hispanic population.
• It helps the healthcare policy enhancement and usefulness of the coordination
of care.
• Patient centred care focuses on the values, beliefs, knowledge and needs of the
individual in order to provide them with better heath care and living (Liang et
al., 2019).

CONCLUSION:
• The health care policies paly a major role in delivering care and treatment
equally to the individual in need.
• It guides and bounds the care coordination process to deliver care focusing on
the needs and values of the individual.
• It helps the health care services to develop and enhance health in a population
