manager, working in a Private limited company. The company follows the primary core values
that define the ethics in form of integrity, excellence, understanding, responsibility, and unity. it
is my duty to check the quality of products and goods before serving to the customers as my
ethical responsibility (Furman, et. al., 2018). A decision is taken after analysing all facts based
on good and bad situations, and what will be the impacts of my decisions on products quality, a
reputation of a company, behaviours of customers etc. A decision is based on several factors
such as future situations may arise, policies, rules, and regulations of the company.
As a product quality manager, the other alternatives I consider are, manage the quality for long
time sustainability as my ethical responsibility towards the company and society. Understanding
the codes of conduct, ethics policies, follow standards of the company for better outcomes of the
product quality. The one and the best approach to effective ethical decisions is to follow honest
communication by following the codes of ethics of the company. It solves the issue at large scale
and to maintain the quality of products of the organization for long-term sustainability (Iphofen,

wrong factors and what impact will create in future. To Understanding the basic and fundamental
rules of ethics that are required in making the ethical decision for better results in a competitive
market (Furman, et. al., 2018).
