The reflection is based on the words ethics, responsibilities and sustainability ethics. The
reflection begins with the brief introduction of the word and the significance in the business
situation of the 21st century. It is made by the brief explanation of my understanding of the
word before research and the vision attained the post research. This reflection ends up with
the conclusion of my understanding attained by several readings of the words ethics,
responsibilities and sustainability with the help of module ‘Tackling Global Local Challenges
in the Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability.’

I had not heard of these expressions ethics, responsibilities and sustainability until I explored
it in the module and internet, and got the particular meaning of it. I thought the word is new
