INTRODUCTION
In a business organisation the ethical duty with respect to business organisation is with in
relation with sustainability. There are three elements in sustainability and these are social,
economic and environmental. While determining all three elements the role totally depends on
management practices been initiated in the organisation. Ethics always help in improving
sustainable growth of new ventures so with respect to time ethical structures helps in determining
effective ethical climate and due to this employees commitment towards the organisation gets
increased as well as performance also gets improved. The below report includes certain ethics in
information technology and different ethical issues in international business. The below report is
based on NSA(Urdan and Luoma, 2020). It is a national security agency whose responsibility is
global mentoring, collection and processing of information. In context with national security act
it gives an authority to government to detain the individual if they are a risk with respect to
national security.

US. If there will be an unfortunate security then the situation would produce more risks. Misuse of client:- It is been analysed that there are various companies who face worst
cases and challenges if any type of information is been disclosed and get shared on public
platform. In context with national security agency the organisation assures that it will be
able to provide restriction and will initiate protection so that personal information don't

been explained as below:- Principle of autonomy:- It means to think, decide and then act according to all thoughts
as well as decisions been made freely and independently. For example: Self respect is one
of the trait which comes under the category of autonomy principle. Principle of beneficence:- It is defined as the principle in which focus is on moral
importance in doing good to others. For example: There are many objectives which can
occur and according to that certain actions need to be considered so that it can be
fulfilled(Coscia and Rubino, 2020). Principle of justice:- In this principle it includes four elements which are distributive
justice, respect for the law, certain rights and retributive justice. It determines the concept
which mainly includes equality and fairness.
Principle of non-maleficence:- This principle main aim is to not cause any type of harm.
For example: Companies make different laws so that no harm is been caused to any
individual.
