INTRODUCTION
In a business organisation the ethical duty with respect to business organisation is with in
relation with sustainability. There are three elements in sustainability and these are social,
economic and environmental. While determining all three elements the role totally depends on
management practices been initiated in the organisation. Ethics always help in improving
sustainable growth of new ventures so with respect to time ethical structures helps in determining
effective ethical climate and due to this employees commitment towards the organisation gets
increased as well as performance also gets improved. The below report includes certain ethics in
information technology and different ethical issues in international business. The below report is
based on NSA(Urdan and Luoma, 2020). It is a national security agency whose responsibility is
global mentoring, collection and processing of information. In context with national security act
it gives an authority to government to detain the individual if they are a risk with respect to
national security.

Ethics in terms of information technology is defined as the concept of all ethical issues
that occurs through development of electronic technologies. The main objective behind ethics in
information technologies is to determine and speculate certain answers to all respective questions
on the basis of all individual responsibilities as well as actions. In terms of NSA the main role is
of police officer as they can tackle certain situations which are unexpected and can occur at any
point of time. There are various enforcement agencies in relation with unrestricted access and
these are been explained as below:-
 There are many immoral and unfortunate activities can happen through enforcement
agencies so it must be secured by laws.
 There are various type of enforcement agencies like Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S.
Customs and border protection and many more so their main role is to prevent all crimes
with the help of connection through international regions.

 Effective monitoring of all websites which audiences are using and restriction in in
relation with the concept of cyber hacking and through this it becomes easy to enhance
positivity and making social media safe and secure.
 In maintaining discipline in order to provide effective value to generate positivism from
all results been received so in accordance with that create certain laws and regulations.
 There are many rules which are been formed so mainly it is done to generate a effective
workforce department and provide such guidelines through which negativity can be

risks are more in case of social media so it is important to provide protection with respect

national security agency they follow the principle of beneficence. This principle is been followed
as it helps in making decisions in order to achieve all targets. So, organisation also used this

Digital divide is used to enhance certain work on clauses inequalities as in relation with
information and communication technologies in which they provide benefits which have more
access towards, cost reduction and many more. It is important to close digital divide as it creates
many consequences which are been explained as below:- Lack of communication:- It is a barrier which occurs while using digital divide as people
who live in remote locations do not have much applicability to internet due to which
disconnection occurs and at the same time people living in urban areas who are

 Effect on knowledge:- Due to digital divide it lacks effective technology and digital
skills and through this knowledge gets reduced at a increased rate.
 Gender discrimination:- It is important to close digital divide as it produces negativity in

been explained as below:- Principle of autonomy:- It means to think, decide and then act according to all thoughts
as well as decisions been made freely and independently. For example: Self respect is one
of the trait which comes under the category of autonomy principle. Principle of beneficence:- It is defined as the principle in which focus is on moral
importance in doing good to others. For example: There are many objectives which can
occur and according to that certain actions need to be considered so that it can be
fulfilled(Coscia and Rubino, 2020). Principle of justice:- In this principle it includes four elements which are distributive
justice, respect for the law, certain rights and retributive justice. It determines the concept
which mainly includes equality and fairness.
 Principle of non-maleficence:- This principle main aim is to not cause any type of harm.
For example: Companies make different laws so that no harm is been caused to any
individual.
