Every community has the different culture with the different expectation regarding the conduct
of members. The community culture within the discussion determines who takes the
responsibility within the social, political, and economic aspects. The culture is very helpful to
determine that who is entitled regarding the oversight mandate. Member’s sustainability is reliant
to relationship and efficiency (Bateh, et al., 2013). The following discussion will cover the detail
aspects of the sustainability, ethics, and responsibility to tackling the challenges through
partnership and leadership within combating the situations.
Ethics is always similar to all communities which live within the any part of the globe. The
people in Kosovo have the no exception case regarding the matter ethics. Ethics is known as the
morals and principles which govern the community behavior, individual behavior or way of life.
It implies that if anyone behave against rules and morals which governing the community than it
is known as the unethical and immoral.
The members code of conduct of the community call regarding the transparency and
accountability on the members code of conduct through ensuring the strictness on abiding
through the rules and procedures of the protocol and conduct within the solution that seek the
conflicts of community within the community. The community members are accountable
regarding their conducts. Members are expected to account for their conduct as penalties are
imposed regarding their bad behavior to ensure the effective transparency with accountability
within the residence. Every society is characterized through the many elements (Bocken, et al.,
2014).
The responsibility is stated as the community within the discussion that is the result of
contribution and roles which played by the every member. It is the duty which is mandate to the
individual and role of control over the given aspects of the life within the community. The huge
number of community members consider the responsibility as the main role which played by the
individual within the physical activity of the performance and duties of the top ranking persons
protocol wise within the community especially the elders and leaders.
Community believes that deterioration of community conduct is relied on the governing body
effectiveness, levels, and weight of the penalty imposed on the misconduct within the duty of
work and underperformance (Bondy, Moon, and Matten, 2012). There is assumption that

member should embrace the responsibility. The members of the community have the roles right
from the top ranking to commonly undermine and like to play the less weighing role within the
community. The responsibility within the community has the big range regarding the actuators
that math role in the community.
Sustainability is the capability to maintain the given state of act (Breuer, et al., 2018). The
sustainability is always helpful to maintain the goal which is set by the individuals as mandated
the responsibility that naturally defines the state of desire which determined through the nature.
The state can be on the social aspects on the matter like peace of people, morals that is accepted
through the community, environment aspects like green cover while other have the focus on
economy and living standards of community, and political state of region. The following
discussion will cover the accounting on the climate change, technology advancement, and
population growth within the region. Further discussion will cover the sustainability within the
Kosovo. To name the few affects regarding the long list which include the terror and crime, an
outbreak of the diseases and occurrence of the many natural community within the state of the
residences like tsunami, volcanic action, drought, hurricanes, and human made explosions.
The conduct which is morally upright within the residences that faces the issues whose control
can even be beyond the capability of the manager and elders within the community residing in
the Kosovo. The community in the Kosovo and entire globe is prone to the change later if not
soon within the future. It is in account of the communication and information technology fast
growth at exposure of community members (Deegan, and Shelly, 2014).
The community traditional wear had the important meaning to the community that is subject to
the extinction and outdated to the community. The members actively embrace foreign wear that
is regularly degrading as morally accepted people wear on the use of the slogan like dress and
choice. The fear regarding the future generation is possibility of the half-naked wear within the
Kosovo streets.
The community members transparency had within the past is regularly degrading (Fassin, 2012).
This is not the rare case that encounters the community members which cannot account
regarding the source of procession as it generated from the criminal activities like robbery, drug
dealings, and ransom. Traditionally condemned the drug dealers between the other criminal

economy actions are henceforth as part of the activity of the members of the community and
generation that come likely to find the action in practice like legal and economic actions. These
kinds of the factors have the endless list as the main challenges of the ethics of community.
Everyone is aware regarding the basic responsibility within the life of human (Fernando, and
Moore, 2015). This is parents responsibility to provide the child basic requirements until attain
the legal age of the depending on the fetch within the social and economic activities. The rise in
the deals of the drugs and premarital sex is an alarm on the rates at which dependent minor are
giving the birth. The grandparent’s responsibility is increasing through day despite economic
inability to support.
The members within the community are gaining the independent feeling and rarely involve
within the matters which are not directly required to undertake. The agencies of the security are
exposed to the little information regarding criminal action that is conducted in the region which
is based on the community. The resident takes the security agencies entire responsibility to seek
information to grass root without the residents help. The security agencies have the responsibility
to control the criminal actions that henceforth subjects to challenges that halting efficiency.
Community informed members are assigned the responsibility to disseminating the knowledge to
minors (Hiller, 2013). The technology change rate has become main threat to tutor responsibility
to teach learners. For example, the computer use within the within the class setting was the very
big issue to the tutors to disseminate the knowledge which do not pose to students. Machinery is
developed as the strategy to make the work more appropriately within the field of the tutor
knowledge like informal and formal teachings. This is henceforth that big issue to manage the
responsibility with the lack of capacity that it deserves.
Maintaining the residence status at the upper level is faced the tough challenges from external
and internal (Holland, and Albrecht, 2013). The change of the climate within the residence
affects the natural habitats, thus extinction and migration of the given species of plants and
animals on which locals heavily relied as the source of food. Change within the climate has
influenced the community farming practice and future change that is expected to result within the
food supply of food to the locals. Main climate aspects that affect the production of food is
global warming that is attributed through the increase within the volumes of the emissions of the

through the processing of factories and automobiles. The global warming is influencing the
farming as shortage of food is challenging to the sustainability of the supply of food.
Poor control of birth is resulting within the population high rate that increasingly piling up the
pressure on existing food supply and constraint within the social amenity. This is expected that
population will increase in the future and have the pressure on the produced food and land. The
available food will be inadequate for the community and residence as challenging the
sustainability of the community.
The natural calamities occurrence such as drought and tsunamis results to the destruction and
famine of the sources in residence (Homburg, Stierl, and Bornemann, 2013). The existence is
beyond the capability of the human to control them and outcomes are always severe. Existence
of the famine leads to the unsustainability of produced food through residents hence
malnutrition. The residential area situations after the tsunami is pathetic that flattens the land,
destroys the plants and structures rose above the ground. Effects are left with the no roof above
heads as alter the sustainability of the community on the matter like settlement and shelter.
The population growth calls the requirement for the land to settle. The forests are also
encroached destroyed within the search for the wood building and areas of settlement, the
residence green cover is henceforth destroy the subjective areas of water catchment to risk and
drying up. Forest cover is destroyed within the large margins through the forest fires and
droughts as typical to sustain the residence at desired levels.
The greed regarding the selfishness and power in many aspects of the life has the very big role to
play within the corruption and crimes by high rate of growth (Kolk, 2016). Corruption and
crimes are known as the important aspects of the life which condemned through the community
as social morals are at the risk within the future. Challenges regarding the sustainability of the
Kosovo are endless.
When two people come together with the mission to minimize the given challenges than they
perform very well and solve them more effectively compare to individuals which are dedicated
to solve the similar challenges independently (MacIntyre, 2016). The issues regarding the
community ethics are effectively handled through the partnership. The community member’s
collaboration is effective to ensure the community ethics that are observed effectively.

Information technology is facilitating the sharing of ill information regarding the conduct matter
and fashions wear which can be banned from the use and impose the limit regarding the shared
information content.
The community members are also the ill fashion seller which is against the accepted moral (Park,
Lee, and Kim, 2014). Partnership of the community members with the sellers and buyers is
helpful to eliminate the unaccepted wear within the market. Partnership of the community
members with each other ensure the more transparency with the young and innocent generation
that will help to adapt the way of life and share the truthful information.
The responsibility of bringing up the child should be done within the community based manner.
The responsibility should not be limited to the parent only as in some cases parents not have the
capacity to deliver the all basic requirements of child especially food while issues are taken as
the main community responsibility to manage the crisis than it becomes easier to have the meal
on table.
The community member’s partnership with the authority facilitates the sharing of information on
criminal activities that conducted within the community (Ramasastry, 2015). It will be effective
to facilitate the efficiency within the delivery of the security services. If the deals of the drug and
crimes are eliminated within the community than the rates of early birth are occurring drop
within the future as minimizing the pressure on the available sources like land that minimizing
the forest cover invasion conserving the environment.
This is collective responsibility to ensure residents sustainability within the residence area
(Tsalikis, and Fritzsche, 2013). The matters which affect the community calls are known as the
community member’s partnership to combat the challenge and to ensure sustainability of aspect
in consideration. The partnership of community is effective to control the cases of crimes, deals
of drug, and birth rate can control the growth of population hence pressure is on the available
food as combating the sustainability of the food within the community.
The community is effectively partner within the activities like planting of trees as measure the
combat of the destruction of the green cover hence control the rate at which water catchment
zones are destroyed. Water catchment areas are conservation as minimizes the shortage of water

and rainfall hence combating drought thus sustainability within the food supply to community
members (Vitell, 2015).
Leadership is known as the best tool to control the conduct of the community on the values
which are believed to be favorable to community. Community assigned the responsibility to
individuals regarding the activities like coordination, control, and planning. Regulations are set
by the leaders to follow the letters and fined failure to follow the rules which can attract. The
leadership community has the responsibility to ensure the good conduct of community members
within the aspects of the fashion and wear and the general conduct while in public. The actions
should be accompanied through the penalty doing to contrary may attract as the measure to
ensure that rules are followed by maintaining the ethics and conducts of the community.
It has been realized that leadership has the power to take the follow up on the every member of
community that is fulfilling responsibility. Father and mother that neglect responsibility of
delivering and bringing their children should be enforced to and subjected to the fine as the
lesson to the other that may have the thinking of doing thee similar in future. The community
leadership has power to conduct the community planning activities such as environmental
cleaning and preservation for ensure the community sustainability. Leadership influences the
conduct of people regarding matter say many births while leading advocates for the few children
within the given family of giving birth to children one can support and affect the growth rate of
the population hence sustainability (Sidiropoulos, 2014).
Learning through the reflection is the good form of learning science as involved within the study
of aspects in practical sense. It informed the extent of appreciating the importance of good
neighborhood and relations with the members of community. It has been realized within the
residence area that community’s members are required to maintain and appreciate the
community ethics and ensure the upright moral behavior which are installed to the members of
community and future generation.
It has been learned as the given community member to the role to play and ensure the
sustainability of community. It has unable to contrast and compare assign roles to the members
of the community by evaluation of handling capabilities and manages the issues within the
community. Learning through the reflection has enable to gain the insight about the subject
