In this, the social issue is defined as the problem which is usually affect number of people
within the society. This issue is associated with real world which may create issue within the
society and community. It is defined as a group of the common which have issue in the present
day community and society that many people strive to solve. This report has the analysis of real
word issue with the help to article which show significance of social issue include class and
stratification, gender and ethnicity and many more (Houle and et. al., 2019).

There is an analysis which shows ethnic inequalities in the market of labour. It has provided
an aspect of occasion which has been suggested that they may provide stem from the difference
in characteristic among the various ethnic group. In this, the difference which can explain the
gaps and show the persistent discrimination in the UK labour market. It usually allows to shape
the ethnic minorities economic position across the offspring’s. The pattern of education and
occupational mobility within the ethnic group show historical disadvantage are or are not. The
replicated towards the current education system and the polices which is associated with labour
market release various conflict and implication for target versus more general policies. There is
no any detailed analysis which explain about the form where and how this ethnic economic gap
is open across the UK. It is started from the second generation ethnic minority of children which

As per the above discussion, it is analysed that the people in UK facing the issue of ethnic
inequalities in the labour market. Moreover, the people faces issue which is based on real world,
the recommended solution for this is to use of education which help provide the path to attained
the higher social class for some minority group.
