INTRODUCTION
EU migration crises is the crises which used to occur in the nation as thousand of EU
citizen used to migrate to EU nation. This report used to highlights the different impact which
has been brought up by EU migration in the nation and how the democracy of the country does
has been impacted by the same in the nation in a long run.

Impact of migration crises on the democracy of the nation
It is getting very difficult for the EU to cope up with the EU migrant crises as it has seen that
almost 40000 migrant every year from last five year used to die due to the same in the Europe.
Due to the same democracy of the Europe has also created a vast influence on the migration
crises for EU. As it has been find out that EU used to provide the democratic right to all the EU
citizen to travel to any location of the EU in the search of the job, work and live in any of
country without taking any specific formalities for the same in the organization. This right is
generally used by the citizen leaving in Schengen Area to migrate to more developed countries
of the Europe. As a result Europe has to face a good amount of crises due to the same in the
market, as every country do not able to help all refugees who used to migrate from one nation to
another. As a result providing democracy right to the different refugee in the organization is
resulted in increasing the number of the crises for EU nations.
There are in total 30 Article which are pass on by the UK government to provide Human
right to different citizen of the UK. Migration crises used to bring very adverse impact on
different democratic right in the UK. Another impact which is brought by the democracy on the
EU crises is that it used to reduce the right of different citizen of getting equal opportunity in the
nation, as it get difficult for the nation to provide the same sort of the opportunity to all the
citizen as well as the refugee who has come from any other nation to be live in a asylum and are
expecting to have a good sort of quality life in new nation. This eventually used to used to create
good impact for the democracy as all the individual don’t used to get the equal opportunity to
showcase their skill set in the nation. Another democratic life of the human being which is
impacted by the migration crises in the UK is right to freedom of religion and belief in the

nation. As it has been find out that migrant used to migrant the refugee who used to belong to
belief to different religion and used to follow different belief in the nation this eventually used to

situation where there is good amount of conflict between the consumer on the basis of religion
topic in the nation, this eventually used to create a good impact on the democracy of the
business, as it has been highlighted that democratic right of the human being is adversely

safeguard the right to freedom of religion and belief for all the consumer in the nation.
Migration Crises in the UK has brought very adverse impact on right to democracy in the
nation as well. As Dublin Regulation 604/2013 used to not give the right to all the refugee to
select the asylum where they are to present their asylum request. This eventually used to restrict
the right to choose and live their live in the nation this eventually used to have very adverse
impact on the democracy of the nation as a whole. At the same time right of the democracy is
also impacted by the same in the nation, As UK used to allow all the human being has a right to
choose their own leader in the nation but this Dublin Regulation act in the nation used to create a
variety of the impact of the democracy of Europe as they used to not provide all the human right
to all the citizen in the nation as in the initial stage very few rights are generally granted to them
in the nation. Rights are residence permit, access to labour market and health care. At the same
time there were many rights are not allotted to them that is the right to vote, this eventually used

to doing the same make them destructive. This sometime in the nation used to create the situation
where there is large number of the conflict which generally used to take place in the nation. This
used to has very bad impact on the human right of security in the Nation
CONCLUSION
After going through the above report it has been concluded that there are variety of
different impact which are brought by the democracy in the EU nation due to migration crises as
some of the right such as right to security, right to democracy, right to religious and belief and
many more.
