INTRODUCTION

based on case study of “The Euro Centre” that is to be built up in Docklands, London. There
Hughes Communication Ltd. (HCL) is working towards installation, testing and performing the
commission functions of IT and infrastructure for “The New Euro centre”. There are two task
that is related to installing of IT facilitates of project and conference centre.

Overview of the project
In present case there are projects that is used for building of new infrastructure,. The
topic of project is “The Euro centre”. It is prepared for management of tasks and project
activities. For this there has to be execution of roles and responsibilities in completion of all
activities. There is a construction of a new conference room as main objective of this project.
There are different activities that will be initiated according to different project stages.
The project so assigned to Hughes Communication limited (HCL). It is based on a budget
of 20000 pounds so that all activities are timely completed. Time period is specified that is 16
months and deadline has to be met properly.
