5.2- Identify areas for improvement in your own delivery of inclusive teaching and learning
Inclusive teaching explained as range of approaches use for teaching which consider
diverse needs as well as background of each and every student for creating learning
environment in which every student feel valued as well as have equal access to learn.
Because learning is right of each and every student and it has to be provided them equally so
that, they will be able to get better place in future (Navarro and et. al., 2016). There are
several area of inclusive teaching and learning which required to be improved in effective
manner as well as better outcomes will be gained. These are mention below :-
Creating such environment which welcome, respect as well as help children in
learning several things.
Determining essential components related to course which are important for gaining
better education.
Communicate clear as well as high expectation and provide constructive feedbacks to
children. So that, they will identify which area required to be improve more and they
will able to improve that.
Providing support naturally for learning to enhancing opportunities for all learners.
Utilisation of teaching methods which consider diverse learning preferences, abilities,
prior experiences, ways of knowledge as well as many others.
In addition to this, other multiple ways are also provided to students for demonstrating
their knowledge in effective manner.
Moreover, teachers have to promote respectful interaction within students and
between the students.
In order to improve my own delivery of inclusive teaching and learning, I used
universal design principles to create accessible classrooms. This will helps me by
improving or increasing my inclusive teaching as well as leraning within less yime.
There are three essential and primary brain networks that are accountable for how I
learns: the recognition network, the strategic network and the affective network.
These are essential for me by improvingmy inclusive teaching and learning.
