Executive summary
Here I am explaining my aims and objectives for the project and outline objectives and timeframes
based on my project. This project is made for the visually impaired people. Also, here I will provide
an appropriate project management plan that includes relevant actions to meet objectives and
timeframes and conduct a research to generate knowledge which will form the basis for analysis of
the scenario posed in the brief. I will make work breakdown structure and Gantt chart as a schedule.

My project is on the evaluation of the use of automatic controller for lighting system of a room. It is
mainly based on those people who need to look after babies and handicapped people and also for
those who have habit of working in night time.

Project Title:
Evaluate the use of Automatic controller for lighting system of a room.
Project Justification:
This research project is evaluating the effectiveness of using AI in light which will manage the
brightness of the lights according to the environment and the physical needs. After doing this
research, we will be able to know how many people are having problem with the manual lighting
system. If this research gets successful, many people will know about the use of AI in light and try to
implement it.

Project Scope:
This project includes the research information about the use of automatic controller for lighting
system of a room. By doing this research project we will be able to evaluate the use of AI element in
google map. For designing the format of questionnaires MS-Excel and survey will be designed from
survey monkey website and the link will be shared to everyone and anyone can do the survey. For
the expenditure of my research I have estimated around Rs. 30,000 budgets. I will conduct the survey
and questionnaires around the end of the July or at the starting of the August. My research conclusion
will be made by the middle of August.
Project Objectives
 To know about how people are managing their lights
 To know how many of them are having problem managing them

 Number of peoples who are having difficulties managing the light brightness
Project Success:
If the answers from the people who took the questionnaires and survey of my research meet’s the pre
expected answers of mine expectation then my research will be considered successful. If the demand
of my research project increases in the market my research will be considered successful.

Work Breakdown Structure:
A structure of design which keeps record of our works which we will be doing for some specific task
is work breakdown structure. It is also known as key project deliverable which organizes team’s
work into manageable section. Work breakdown structure has been used for numerous purpose. It
helps us in managing our work in a sequential format. Making a work breakdown structure for any
project is very helpful. There are four phases in it. They are:
Initiation and planning phase:
This is the starting phase of work breakdown structure. Those things which we are going to do at the
starting of any project are listed here in sequential form.
Execution phase:
After the works of initial phase are completed other works which need evaluation are done here.
Those things which are listed in initial phase all those are useless unless we don’t do this execution
phase.
Monitoring phase:
Those work which we are going to do in a project is monitored being considered as a part of
monitoring phase.
Closure phase:
This is the last phase of any project. All the things which are needed to close any project or those
things which closes any project are listed in closure phase.
