According to the view point of (Nagel 2019).Business communication is the process of
sharing information between people within and outside the company. Effective business
communication is how employees and management interact within the organisation to meet the
goals and objectives. Manager of Mr. Fishy must use proper communication so that employees
grievances can be reduced. It help in transmitting information and thoughts between the various
department in the organisation and outside such as customers, investors. Suppliers etc.

Communication plays an vital role in developing the company strategies effectively so
that firm can achieve its targets. There are some principles of communication which must be
followed by the company to make effective decision.
Formal communication: Every organisation have formal communication to deal with
the employees. The internal memos and policy are the examples of the formal organisation
communication. For the firm like Mr. Fishy this important to have formal communicative
because it leads towards the success and growth.
Informal communication: Informal communication occur naturally and usually these
type of talk are done with the friends and family (Zerbe 2019). This kind of communication is
important for the employees because it create surrounding relaxed and stress free.
Interpersonal communication: This kind of communication have increased the
importance in the organisation as the online system have become more important. It allow
employees to interact with employees face to face and also help in developing employees
relation more stronger.
Principles of Clarity: It is essential for the organisation to be clear and precise about
their communication. The clarity should be in such a way that receiver understand the the
thoughts and ideas clearly. There should be no jargon and informal communication taker place as
it develop misunderstanding as well as chaos in the organisation. There must be an effective

well defined manner.
Principles of Attention: In order to make effective communication receiver must be
attentive during the communication process which help in minimizing the uncertainty cause by
the communication. People who are working in the organisation have different behaviour and
attitude so management must take action accordingly to male effective progress.
Principles of feedback: It is important to have effective feedback session for making
communication effective which help in operating business activities effectively. Managers have
the responsibility to take proper feedback from the employees regarding the job and work related
issues which assists in making formative structure among employees and superiors.
Principles of Adequacy: The information must be adequate and complete in all the
manner. In the case of incomplete information the company can bear loss. So the prime duty of
manager is to make sure that information is complete and clear in every aspect. So this principle
help in taking proper decision and useful in making plan for expansion and growth in a well
defined manner.

manager of Mr. Fishy to implement the effective mode of communication to enhance the
productivity of the organisation. Here are the some purpose of the communication within the
organisation are describe below:
Motivation: The manager need to communicate with the employees and the task to carry
out the effectively. Hence motivation leads towards success and growth because motivation
allows employees to work harder and better.
Sharing information: Another purpose of the communication is to share the information
with the employees who are working in the company (England 2019). For the firm like Mr. Fishy
it is important for the managers to share the right information to the employees which help in
improving employees capability as well as skills.

understand the employees and communicate accordingly. The manager must know employees
interests, belief, background, roles and personality which help them understand the employees
and there can be a healthy communication.
The message should be more effective and clear for understanding the communication so
that employees can perform their activities effectively. Manages should make sure that
terminology and voice must be clear to fulfil the requirement of the communication. Further
must be a clear purpose in the minds about the the plans because it help in delivering the
message clearly. As in Mr. Fishy manager have to manage the employees because due to Brexit
British and non British employees have grievances which manager have to control by using
effective channel of communication (Kačerauskas 2019). Top level have to develop a good as
well as long term relationship with the employees and colleagues to maximize the output and
growth. As Mr. Fishy is launching the new polices within the organisation so manager should
provide clear information regarding the new polices to the employees by taking extra session to
explain the rules clearly and precisely. Thus this method help in senior to manage and
communicate effectively with the employees.

efficiency in a well defined manner. Hence it help in improving the team building which is very
crucial for the managers as it minimize the cost and providing quality output. Effectively
communication help in taking effective decision in less time which in result deals in high
performance as well as productivity. The manger of firm must implement effective use of
communication as it help in generating innovative ideas. However, if there is an open line of
communication between mangers and staff members, they are encouraged to be more creative
and innovative in the workplace, and they can able to implement new and creative ideas for the
betterment of the organisation. Here are some practises for managers to develop there
communication are explained down below:
Improve team moral: It is crucial for the manager to develop the team moral among the
employees because team spirit is much important in the organisation to achieve the desired task.
Mr. Fishy managers must have one to one conversation within the organisation to operate
business activities smoothly. Further it help in nurturing team culture where employees can
perform their task effectively.
Clear purpose and directions: The manager must have clear purpose as well as
direction so that employees can understand their job roles effectively (Kačerauskas 2019). It is
the prime duty for managers to have clear mind of state regarding the duty because it help clearly
to understand workers about the instruction given by management.
Higher level of productivity: More powerful action leads towards high level of
productivity. The manager should make use of effective communication and active listening
which leads towards the organisational goals and also facilitated in doing work with better
accuracy.

Use many channels: Most of the time people need to understand the message for
multiple times due to improper mode of communication. For the managers of Mr. Fishy it is
