INTRODUCTION
The business environment is dynamic and the business organisation that are operating at
global level have to face certain challenges (Ferrell and et.al., 2019). This report is based on
“Corporate Social Responsibility” that is an ethical issue. In the starting of the report the
challenge is being discussed. Afterwards the conduct of conduct that is being undertaken by the
company to resolve the issue is mentioned. There are some professional bodies that assist in
dealing with the issue are also evaluated in this report. Continuous professional development
plan is formulated in the end of this report as it helps to know about the details learned in
module.

social and environmental concerns. They assure that they fulfil the requirements of all the
stakeholders. CSR refers to policies and practices that are undertaken by a company to have a
positive influence on the world. It helps them to create good image and that helps them to
achieve the objectives of the company (Sroka and Szántó, 2018). The company must work to
take proper care of environment as they get all the resources from environment. It is the
responsibility of corporates to maintain balance and use the resources in optimum manner.
It is seen that there is direct impact of CSR of the business organisation. Unilever is a
British Multinational organisation that believes that success requires the highest standards of
corporate behaviour towards the societies, employees, and the consumers. They aim to provide
quality goods and services to the customers and to reduce carbon footprints on the environment.
It helps the company to get more loyal customers with positive image in market.

successfully. They follow the principles of business integrity (Alwagfi, Aljawarneh and Alomari,
2020). They take proper care of their employees and show respect towards them. The values of
