Q4 Presenting the needs of Individual like Mr. Graves (P2.1)
To identify the needs of specific person it is quite
important to manage the safeguarding the operations. As per
the case scenario, Mr. Graves is also suffering from cognitive
health problem and they faces different problem and even
have no one to look after their health. As a result, Mr. Graves
is also become more ill because there is no one who can help
them in their critical situation. Mr. Graves not even a walk
because they are not able to walk and as his wife is passed
away and their children are not able look after their father that
is why their transfer to the health and care home for their
further improvement. Mr. Graves always need a person
because he cannot even walk and do the work for their own
and as a result, their specific need can be fulfilled by only in
social and health care room. In that place he would be given a
special treatment and provided all mechanized types of
facility also. Moreover, the social health care also provide a
training to him through their experts and also operates in well
condition.
The care which actually Mr. Graves needs from his
family members are provided by the health and social care
home therefore, it has been analyses that through proper care
and monitoring the people can be recover as early as possible.
In the same way Mr. Groves is also provide the same care

Moreover, the facility of the social and

easy to operate by Mr. Graves. The staff
members of the social care are also trained and
skilled that they met out with the expectation
of their family as well as to those people who
are actually ill and impaired. Moreover, there
are many peoples who have their own and
different demands which can be filled by social
care such that they hire a person for Mr.
Graves
Graves in order to look after and guide him regarding the
