To identify the needs of specific person it is quite
important to manage the safeguarding the operations. As per
the case scenario, Mr. Graves is also suffering from cognitive
health problem and they faces different problem and even
have no one to look after their health. As a result, Mr. Graves
is also become more ill because there is no one who can help
them in their critical situation. Mr. Graves not even a walk
because they are not able to walk and as his wife is passed
away and their children are not able look after their father that
is why their transfer to the health and care home for their
further improvement. Mr. Graves always need a person
because he cannot even walk and do the work for their own
and as a result, their specific need can be fulfilled by only in
social and health care room. In that place he would be given a
special treatment and provided all mechanized types of
facility also. Moreover, the social health care also provide a
training to him through their experts and also operates in well
condition.
The care which actually Mr. Graves needs from his
family members are provided by the health and social care
home therefore, it has been analyses that through proper care
and monitoring the people can be recover as early as possible.
In the same way Mr. Groves is also provide the same care
from health and social care home.
Moreover, the facility of the social and
health care are friendly and even
provided in the terms of physical, social
and emotional language where a people
cannot feel alone if he lives there. The
another advantage of using social and
health care home for Mr. Graves is such
that it is actually designed in such a way
that it specially take care of all aspect as
well as needs of those people who are
suffering from impairment from visually,
socially and mentally ill. Even the
devices which are used in the social care
can be operated in simplest way because
of the old age people living.

As Mr. Graves cannot walk perfectly
and to fulfil this need, health and social care
home provided the wheelchair which can be
easily operated by him and he did not faces
any problem regards with this. The
infrastructure of the health care home is
definitely meet with all latest designed such
that it will be helpful for Mr. Graves to met
out the essential needs and can be easily
operated by him also. Even the current system
of health care home is perfectly designed such
that it gives proper signs, marked steps and
signs that help a user to protect themselves.

condition such that there are many services
which can aid him to be stress free. The first
service is the infrastructure of the social care is
of latest design and can be used or operated by
every user. The care home is fulfilled with all
the new and mechanized devices which are
easy to operate by Mr. Graves. The staff
members of the social care are also trained and
skilled that they met out with the expectation
of their family as well as to those people who
are actually ill and impaired. Moreover, there
are many peoples who have their own and
different demands which can be filled by social
care such that they hire a person for Mr.
Graves
Graves in order to look after and guide him regarding the
locations and in the same way, every person who live there
will be provided the best and easy service from the health
and social care homes.
If on the other side, if any new device is introduces
in the system then they also provided the special training to
them so that they will learn to operate it in better way. The
availability of doctors, nurses and other members also help
