Introduction
Human resource Management is the process which must be adopted by every
Organization in order to manage their people within the company so that the company can utilize
their resources in a better manner. It is the department which helps the company to manage their
staff. It is important for the department to look after the candidates which possess strong skills
and knowledge so that they can together retain the common goal of the organization. The major
role of this department is to hire the candidates and manage them within the company (Guest and
et. al., 2020). The assignment is being discussed about the purpose and functions of human
resource management and the strength and weaknesses of several approaches which are used by
the department in order to recruit and select the candidates. The benefits of this type of
department is also discussed in the report as this department helps the company to increase their
productivity and profitability. Lastly, it was discussed in the report about the occupation
registration and their impact on the decision of HRM.
