CASE STUDY ANALYSIS
Case Study one
Bob grew up in a family where all people are devout Baptists. The participation of Bob
with another religious belief that has a totally dissimilar religion to his first religion may be
affecting him negatively. As he continues to learn more about Buddhism, Bob may experience
difficulty in deciding on the type of religion to follow between the two beliefs. According to the
psychological approach, Bob personality and thought process are affected the surrounding
environment (Worthington, 2019). Even though Bob had a series of test with the intention of
finding the cause for his fatigue and nausea, the tests did not find any physical issues. This brings
us back to the idea that his conflict with the two types of beliefs was the cause of Fatigue and
nausea. The challenges that Bob is facing do not seem to be related to any medical disorders. The
problems are related to his conflict.
Case Study one:
The difficulties that Mary undergoes appear may be as a result of anxiety and depression.
Mary may also experience some problems relating to self-worth. Her unsuccessful marriage may
also have led to these problems which she is experiencing. The fear of her not getting a man who
will be capable of loving her truly has affected her, leading to the increase of depression. It is
also possible that Mary developed both psychological as well as biological features that make her
be stressful (Zainan, Noor, Omar & Sanusi, 2017). The two factors that may affect the
personality and thoughts of marrying are her quick divorce and having stayed for a period of 5
years without finding any man to have engaged in love. The anxiety that marries is experiencing
might be as a result of a mental disorder.

ANALYSIS OF THE CASE STUDY 4
Jim’s agitations as well as anxiety are a significant concern for him. It also seems that
Jim may also have developed Paranoia. From the study of Jim scenario, it is unknown of what
Jim may be using before that made him to live the activities of the school and to start ignoring
himself. Nevertheless, it is evident that Jim experiences a mental disorder (Fischer, Noser,
Ruppen & Ehlert, 2017). It is possible that Jim developed a combination of psychological as well
as biological issues which in turn stimulated his abrupt recession.
Case Study four:
Larry is feeling lonely and he is not capable of releasing some of the tension as well as
pressure he experiences are cause of his secreted lifestyle. This issue is commonly witnessed in
individuals, straight or gay; and those who are affected should be helped immediately. If the
issue continues for the duration of time, it could change to a mental concern. But the problem
that Larry is experiencing has not reached to that point. The difficulties of Larry are social-
cultural since he is not able to move out of his co-workers because of cultural norms (Muhar et
al, 2018). Whereas the community of the LGBT is making steps of becoming a norm, not all
members of LGBT and businesses are ready to follow the steps. If Larry is unable to find a way
forward of discussing his personal life, then he may encounter anxiety, depression as well as
other psychological issues. It is advisable for Larry to find a friend or an outlet whom he can
share his problems with to prevent the situation from worsening.
