labour working in the organisation, which defines about efficient wellness program in the
company.
The two elements criteria and delivery of the program in Nike will be evaluated in way that
first there will be an analysis of the requirement and then a wellness plan for the employees
will be implemented in the organisation. The two elements of the wellness program, such as
environmental wellness and the physical wellness can be evaluated in the organisation using
two tools, such as health score card, and Achieve WELL is another process of evaluation
(Zhang, 2018).
Discussing about how the evaluation program information can benefit the
organisation, and employees it can be stated that first, these programs aims to increase the
wellness of employees. In addition, it will lead to enhanced employee engagement as the
wellness program in the Nike will lead to a reduction in the healthcare costs, which will
increase productivity, and decrease the absenteeism. Employees in the organisation work
with higher morale, thus they show their commitment and higher participation in the
activities of the organisation.
Two tools which can be recommended as the content and delivery of the wellness
program in Nike can include BCA (benefit cost analysis), this is the tool which will verify
and compare the costs of the program and the associated benefit to the employees working in
the organisation. The other one can be RFCA (Risk factor cost appraisal), will facilitate in

successfully evaluated in the organisation include, flexible working arrangements,
mindfulness training, financial education, emotional intelligence development training can be
the ways which will sustain the wellness program and drive employee engagement in the
company (Gupta & Gomathi, 2017).
