per this, the mental health is very important and essential aspect for the number of people who
requires state of mind that is full of well-being. In addition, the research work is fundamentally

(Pourmotabbed & et. al., 2020). The work usually provide brief that show the impact or positive
effect of mental health service among the young people. It is crucial to analyse the effectiveness
of interventions implemented for improving the mental health outcomes of young people. This
research proposal highlights the evaluation of effectiveness of mental health and well-being
services for young people. The discussion also revolves the around the basis for improving the
quality of care imparted to people with mental illnesses.

young people in improving their emotional, social and coping skills. The main focus of this
research proposal is to introduce different aspects of evaluation of mental health through
pharmacological, non-pharmacological and self management techniques. The analysis of mental
health can be done through psychiatric screening within a service. The importance of physical
examination and cognitive evaluation will be discussed. Other forms of evaluation might include
online screening and two-way interviews.
LITERATURE REVIEW
From the view point of Patrick D. McGorry, (2022) it has been articulated that mental ill-
health can effectively impact the health, survival and future of young generation around the
world. Vulnerability of generation falling to the stressful zone is increasing with a rapid rate and
remarkable rising tide can be observed after COVID-19. This article highlights the crisis on
public health on global level which demands for concern and strict actions need to be taken for
effective prevention of the generation from getting mentally ill (Arango and et. al., 2018).
Before taking any actions on local, national or internation level it is important to develop deep

and sophisticated understanding of all possible factors and causes that impacts the mental health
of the young generation. To prevent people from felling into the depressed and stressed zone that
cause mental illness, ranges of innovations and strategies have been designed (Hoyt & et. al.,
2021). From digital platforms to latest models of primary care, many potential care services are
introduced. The early psychosis model and its “proof of concept” for early intervention promoted
for advanced application of diagnosis and treatment for vast range of emerging disorders in
young generation.
The early psychosis model proved to be very effective and well demonstrated as early
detection and pre-emptive treatment show improvisations in prognosis and reduce disability and
disengagement. Initially this service developed in 1990s, recently intervention services related to
early prognosis seems to expanded in many countries all over the world. Effectiveness of the
services provided can be evaluated by embracing the improvement in cases of mental healthcare
(Williams, Dingle and Clift, 2018). Sometimes it is important to implement some changes in the
traditional approach of leadership on different levels of organisation. Many service has been
provided at academic, organisational and institutional level by showing complete support to
people in completing the task and achieving the issue. Many national bodies and associated
regulators tends to become active in ensuring the effectiveness and operations in a manner that
improve the quality to thrive in local organisations. To enhance the culture of mental relief and
encourage stressful environment at workplace, many organisations manage to conduct fun
activities to provide their employees some break from their workload and maintaining good
cultural environment at place. Young generation needs to learn manage academics, home
relations, personal and professional relationships to maintain balance in life and reduce the
existing load. The article discussing the over around of the issue that need to be address and
improvise quickly (Williams and et. al., 2019).
SIGNIFICANCE AND CONTRIBUTION
Research and evaluation of mental health informs health care professionals and other
stakeholders to identify the gaps related to prevalence of mental health issues in young people. It
is crucial for healthcare professionals to spread awareness and distribute information about
normalizing taking treatments for mental health disorders. This will reduce the presence of social
stigma among youth. The diagnosis of mental health disorder will be useful in development of an
effective treatment plan (He& et. al., 2018). An appropriate research about the analysis of mental

health disorders will lead to early diagnosis of conditions such as depression, schizophrenia,
eating disorders and psychological distress. The emotional and psychological state of individuals
can be accessed, which aids in selection of accurate treatment for management of the condition.
The process of evaluation is an important initiative for better understanding of mental disorders
among general population. This aspect of analysis allows an increase in access to healthcare
services for patients who are in need for treatment. Another significant benefit for enhancing
practices for mental health evaluation is that the social barrier related to stigma is removed. The
removal of social barrier or stigma makes individuals aware about treating patients with mental
illness with respect and acceptance (Hodes & Vostanis, 2019).

were 100 active volunteers and participants. The participants were selected randomly and it was
ensured that their participation was not forced.
Methodology
The method implemented for the purpose of this research was qualitative research based
methodology. The overall design of this research proposal was descriptive along with conduction
of a literature review for the purpose of meeting the requirements in aim of the research.
Designing framework
The overall framework for designing of this particular research proposal was
experimental framework (Reitz & Scaffa, 2020). This allows a systematic and structural analysis
of key features of research aim. The experimental framework provides a structural environment
for collection of data from participants.
Data collection method
The use of data collection methods ensures that preliminary data is collected in an
accurate and systematic manner. For the purpose of this research, data collection methods
included observing the participants and analysis of existing data through previous research
proposals.

Sampling method
The participants were selected randomly, in order to address the evaluation of mental
health issues in young population.
Ethical considerations
Ethical considerations that were followed during conduction of this research proposal
includes complying by non-maleficence, confidentiality, anonymity and respecting the
individuals rights of participants (Saltzman, Hansel & Bordnick, 2020). The principles of ethical
considerations that were included in this research includes voluntary participation, obtaining
informed consent from each and every participant, maintaining confidentiality and anonymity.
No practices were conducted that could harm the health and dignity of participants. Proper
communication was ensured during collection of data. Respect for dignity of all participants was
prioritised along with protection of privacy rights of research participants (Wilson & Liss, 2022).
A detailed paperwork was signed by both parties for their contribution in this qualitative
research. However, the most crucial ethical consideration for the purpose of this research is to
ensure that good communication was maintained among researchers and participants.
SCOPE AND PROBLEM
The evaluation of mental health assessment helps in early diagnosis of psychological
disorders which are important to be acknowledged in day to day lives of young individuals. The
overall assessment and evaluation mental illness gives healthcare professionals a better picture
about the emotional and psychological distress experienced by patients. This scope of this
research will ensure the differentiation of mental health disorder from physical health conditions.
There are a wide variety of benefits associated with improved mental health of young
individuals, which includes increased productivity, enhanced social skills and fostering positive
social relationships. The improvement of mental health conditions is also directly linked to
betterment of physical health and prolonged life expectancy. Psychological evaluation helps in
determination of exact nature of a patient's illness and extent to which it can negatively influence
the overall health of the patient. The limitations in the delivery of psychological assessment
includes lack of knowledge and limited access to resources. Lack of evidence during mental
health evaluations also prevent the delivery of appropriate care to patients. Therefore, it is
important for researchers to lay emphasis on detailed examination of mental disorders and
