Explanation of topic
The topic chosen for the research study is to evaluate the joint ventures of the healthcare
services and use them in the international market. As the formation of joint ventures has come in
trend with the change in globalization, joint ventures of healthcare services is also flourishing.
There is an unprecedented increase rate of joint ventures in the last 20 years (Hyder and
Fregidou-Malama 2016). To meet all demands of the value based models, joint ventures of
healthcare service has emerged with different structures and names. There are traditional joint
ventures as well as contractual joint venture models. Joint ventures in healthcare services have
gained a place in the market of globalization (Warf 2016). To maintain the margin pressure, to
maintain the expectation of the patients, the requirements of technology as well as evolving the
policy of the healthcare service has bought in such change in the sector of healthcare services.
The reason for choosing this topic to carry out the research paper is to study all the
advantages and the disadvantages that are faced by the joint ventures companies of healthcare
centers. As the joint ventures of businesses are the new form of business starting internal
businesses, it was idle to choose the healthcare business for this. The joint venture of healthcare
business globalization is a new trend that is being followed by most of the healthcare businesses.
Aim and Objective of the research
The aim of this research paper is to evaluate the reason of joint ventures of healthcare
services in the international market and the need of healthcare service joint venture. There are
many advantages as well as disadvantages of joint venture of healthcare services globalization
and those are also addressed in this research paper.

 To study the reason and need of joint venture globalization of the healthcare service.
 To evaluate the advantages and the disadvantages of joint ventures in international
market
 To investigate the benefits that joint ventures provides to the healthcare service and how
people are benefitted from those.
Scope and Limitation of the Research
The scope of the research study is study the joint ventures of the healthcare services in
the international business markets and state how people gets advantage from the joint ventures of
the healthcare services. This scope of this research paper is also to find the need of joint ventures
in the healthcare sector and the advantages and disadvantages it provides to the international
business market.
This research paper will be carried out with secondary data analysis as for the chosen
topic, there are many secondary analysis data that could be found stated by many other
researchers. The limitation of this research study is that the researcher could carry out this data
analysis with primary method of data collection. There are budget and time limitation as well in
this research study. As this research study will be carried out in cross-sectional method, the time
for the research is limited. The budget is also limited for the researcher.
Resource and Cost Considerations
As the researcher has chosen the secondary analysis for collecting data, the resource that
will be needed to carry out this research paper is the different books by different authors. The

the author in this research study.
The cost of this research paper will conducting the research study by collecting different
view from the authors. As the cost of the research is limited, the author needs to plan out a
research process before carrying out the research study.
