There is an unprecedented increase rate of joint ventures in the last 20 years (Hyder and
Fregidou-Malama 2016). To meet all demands of the value based models, joint ventures of
healthcare service has emerged with different structures and names. There are traditional joint
ventures as well as contractual joint venture models. Joint ventures in healthcare services have
gained a place in the market of globalization (Warf 2016). To maintain the margin pressure, to
maintain the expectation of the patients, the requirements of technology as well as evolving the
policy of the healthcare service has bought in such change in the sector of healthcare services.
The reason for choosing this topic to carry out the research paper is to study all the
advantages and the disadvantages that are faced by the joint ventures companies of healthcare
centers. As the joint ventures of businesses are the new form of business starting internal
businesses, it was idle to choose the healthcare business for this. The joint venture of healthcare
