INTRODUCTION
Learning is a formal practice, which has become necessary to make personality or any
credential of the person more reflective and working towards development of working culture. In
working environment, it puts necessary measure on development of an individual to led skills,
traits or competencies to be developed at a competitive level of zone. In the current era of
development, reflection over the scenario has put major source of source for development of an
individual (Ndwandwe and et. al., 2017). This report will be conducted on self-reflection and
evaluation to known certain incidents or issues happened during the work environment. In this
report, focus will be given for doing analysis of an issues and problem happened in context of
work based/learning related. Along with this, focus will be given to discussion over learning or
academic theory. This report will also put its major discussion on why learning through
reflection is necessary and also what level of reflective model will be used to here along with its
major discussion over relating this to personal and professional development.
TASK 1
( TASK 1a) Reflection on a one week event
This assessment is majorly based on making a perfect and suitable reflection on work or
learning incidence happened to me last week. I was going through various learning based work
or learning during the my development. During this several things, happened such as interaction
with other or people of different to be seek in order to generate suitable outcomes over the time.
In this, I will put major discussion over events which happened to me such as various interaction
with different level of people, some major issues or sometimes unexpected events, which were
not hoped to be generated (Pasha, 2016). This events was happened in second week of this PPDI
module or learning based program. In this module, this event was not really expected and this
has put influences on my working the credential or potential. During an interaction with level of
people, an issue relating to skills relating to communication, analytics and people management, I
was failed, as because of lack of necessary competencies to get engaged with different level of
people and also it has led over development of unsourced things or issues within given period of
time.

As, this incidence is completely based on ineffective process of process in the working
environment along with generating suitable and productive results out of the given incidents. As,
this events is seriously unexpected in context of organisational working along with developing
learning based environment in a business environment.
Significance of this incidence or events
This events is really significant for me to make myself under an condition to make realise
several shortcoming or issue inside me to make more developed or learning based to develop my
skills, competencies or individual goals and targets to arrive at a defined conclusion or major
results for assessment. This incidence is significant for me to make realise certain things or issue
in relation to development of my personal or project design based implementation for the longer
period of time (Osborne, 2018). This incidence is particularly helpful for me to led development
of the personal exposure and measure to make realise scope for future improvements into the
future. This would help me to get definite idea on what scope, there is the need for personal and
project based implementation over the period of time. Also, this events is also suitable to
enhance sources of idea or implementation which are highly necessary to generate relevant
learning based suitability and scope for longer period of time. Hence, this events is very
necessary to generate suitable and productive outcomes by generating leaning based approach or
style to scope for empowering results or outcomes into the given period of time.
Initial reaction over given incidence
This incidence was happened, because of lack of effective knowledge inside mine just
because of ineffective working regulation or sources of improper in that one week events. Also,
lack of proper and effective is a major reason behind occurrence of such events at a greater scale
of time. During this one week, incidence related to the ineffective working has been found for
me along with improper learning (Krueger, 2018). This is one week event is majorly focused on
seminar which are conducted to enhance sources for building learning based activities in a
person or groups of an individual to enhance business based growth & productivity till this entire
one week events or work based task. Here, my reaction as very disappointing, as I never aspects
such kind of task from this aspects along with developing era of work based role or targets. I also
realised that, it is necessary for me to led complete and productive realisation in context of
learning and also bringing learning culture in an organisation. Also, I realised that this incidence

team member's to generate suitable results or outcomes over the given point of time or resources

Applying the relevant model reflect on the event/incident
In this situation, Boud's triangular representation model will be used to do reflection over
this given case or scenario in order to make suitable outcomes or a kind of realisation over this
matter to enhance proper and suitable learning over this incidence to find out true along with the
responsive results over bigger period of time (Houston, 2019) With a help of this reflective
model will also be undertaken to enhance sources of effective learning or knowledge of an
individual to complete this one week events. In this assessment, Boud's triangular representation
will be used, in which reflective thinking and also practice related to be taken care. In this model,
an awareness of the similarities and differences between some of issues or events helps one to
become familiar with a core concepts.

From an above incident, I was realised that incident was very opposite to my level of the
major expectation along with the expected outcomes which were occurred such as closure of
activities of this event was occurred (Jiménez, 2016). Also, I noticed that my way of doing things
or led doing things also changed along with building of the positive scope to led enhance in
carrying out more and more work based activities over the fixed source of time. Through use of
model of act being reflective, I realise that learning relating to effective & strategic planning has
been undertaken by me to led effective and co-relative under me to establish these event of

measures to achieve outcomes based results or outcomes. On this, I must reflected that, this event
needs a clear and effective learning over a given period of time to accomplish defined results in
most accurate period of time (Houston and et. al., 2017). Also, the correct way of skills, traits
and competencies are required to make any kind of given events in assigned period of time.
Given reflection over this incidence will not be changed, because, different models or
given techniques cannot have influential way to change persons thinking or how they perceive
ons such to make finding suitable way of answer's in the given period of time. Reflective models
are only way to express to person's opinion, views and thought on any happened things to led
effective beginning of the new process. Reflective models have no major influences, which can
simply impacts upon generation of prospective or desired results over the period of time. In that
condition, it is necessary to hold critical reflection over this incidence in order to reach at a
desired outcomes at a given point of time along with arriving at a suitable results in context of
this given work environment or learning based issues and problems. Hence, in that given case, it
is pro-actively important and crucial to arrive at a valid outcomes of this file.
Matter of work based environment or learning source:
From this given issue, it was realised learning with support of the reflection is necessary
to be undertaken to make its future ongoing for me in the given point of time along with getting
the results accomplished in given period of time. In order to generate effective learning, it needs
to be pro-active in order to generate most preserved approach for the reflection to enhance given
outcomes in given point of time. Reflective teaching and learning is very important in context of
workplace, which is an effective art of eduction. In a reflective manner, learning is necessary to

period of time. For this, it is necessary to led development of the professional in a productive
manner to develop skills, competencies and traits at an effective manner to accomplish given
goals & prominent objective into a given period of time (Zhang, 2016). I am looking for
development of my own work based skills such as communication, interaction & analytical skills
in order to generate business operations at a possible period of time. I also realised that
structuring of the work based practice is also necessary to get skills and competencies to be rise
in given period of time for leading it to rise career of an individual to grow for longer period of
time.
In the PPDI, I learnt knowledge and skills, which are majorly related to work based
exposure along with enhancing professional exposure to build career opportunity at a given point
of time.
Importance of learning through reflection
Reflection has become necessary in context of building innovative skills and competency
at a optimised stage of time. In my context, reflective practice has been initiated to let person
know about their skills and competencies to be gained in given point of time. Encouraging and

In this reflection process, Gibbs reflective cycle model has been used to encourages me to
think systematically about a phases of an experiences or kind of an action's and also structure
reflection with higher suitable to earn productive outcomes or results. The major reason behind
taking this reflective cycle model is to do description, get feeling, evaluation of any given issues
or problems in given point of time. As, this model particularly focuses on understanding personal
issues & enabling the professional practice to led accomplishment productive goals & targets in
given point of time to build business at a higher stage (Mirsaeedi, 2014).
In context of what I learnt from PPDI, Gibbs reflective model is very necessary to rise a
major discussion over how affective outcomes or results could be accomplished in regards with
professional development of the person and also how it could be raised at top of the level to
bring effective career for an individual. The application of the Gibbs reflective cycle in context
with given scenario are as follows:
Step: 1 Description: In an whole weeks of the learning and also work based events, issue
related to my poor performance has been took place. As, this event was undertaken for entire 3
weeks with purpose to build skills & competencies of the person, Especially, in my context, I
used to be take care of conducted practice or work related to learning process to bring individual
competences. I also took part in that even and also I had taken certain important part or does
some work to enhance at a greater role.
Step:2 Feeling: What talking in the manner of feeling, this shows what are my major
feelings in context of building my own level of competencies to bring business effectiveness at a

Step3: Evaluation: In this events, I used my major skills and competencies to be develop
by contribution of the person along with accomplishment of any defined goals and targets in
given point of time. I am expecting to make contribution such as my skills and competencies to
raise goals accomplishment outcomes in given point of time (Hewitt, 2018). In reality, I realised
that I have several shortcomings such as lack of communication skills, analytical skills,
personality traits which in reality to be overcome or recover these issues in minimum point of
the time.

Step 5: Conclusion: This ha to be concluded my experiences was positive, with have a
working into different situation of this event. Along with this, I also found scope for future based
improvement to led grow business formulation at a defined and existing level.
In context with this events, I realised that scope for improvement is necessary to led
development of skills and competencies at a greater and authorised level to accomplish given
role or targets. In a previous time, I have gain knowledge on behalf of some critical situation
such as effective planning and role of business performance at a given point of time. This
generally differs in knowledge and skills by providing the source of knowledge generation of
relevant and suitable outcomes out of the performed analysis.

Yes, I saw some sort of increasing in my knowledge & exposure related to work based

that, I gained knowledge & information related to organisational working, doing planning for an
events and also raised matter and issues related to ineffective working in the team working which
are majorly focused towards work based accomplishment of the goals and target of this event to
be take place in given point of time. With the help of this reflective model, I also gained effective
knowledge or information in context of working based learning or raising the source of major
learning at a defined point of time. This is why, because, in response, it would help an individual
to growth their business and individual competencies to lead it for personal and future to be
effective in personal life and exposure to be gained in given period of time. I am very much
expected that, gaining new level knowledge would assist me to grow my competencies and also
knowledge for longer stage. Also, I realised that, there is a requirements of any new knowledge
and practices in regards of learning, work related and also practice to enhance suitable results in
the given point of time. Also, I was realised that gaining new knowledge and competencies is
very new and prospective task to be accomplished in context of developing working based skills
