INTRODUCTION
Event management is predominantly to create an best experiences. In this it is
important that when embarking an any event regardless then event designer has to take
correct approach and should use the right techniques and tools about ensuring of the
successful event. This present report will provide the concept about the multi culture wedding
in UK and there purpose, theme has been explained (Bean, 2012). Along with this event
design plan and what will be the menu in different function is described. The event design
should be properly discussed so that every people can easily understand. For multicultural
wedding cost, location, life style always matters.
TASK
PURPOSE
Love and arrange marriage are the fundamentals parts of life which are shared around
the world. Each culture has some faith on its own special way to celebrating and combining
of two which belongs to different cultures. In modern era, brides and groom are finding each
other across all kind of religions, cultures and rising the multicultural wedding which led to
beautiful new experience & expression and give new identity and faith as well as to new
tradition also. Blending two culture together is always become more costly (Buckley and
Clark, 2012). The food from both the sides of different cultural will make the guest also feel
comfortable and they will become familiar with new taste and cuisine.
In multi culture wedding bride and groom are coming form different culture and
families get link together with different cultures. For example if bride is belonging from UK
and groom is from India then these different two people and there families will came to know
about the Indian and UK cultures. Through this people and there guest will became familiar
about different cultures. In multicultural wedding it does not mean that the family member
will invite their friends, they can also enjoy alone. The purpose of different culture wedding

cultures can enjoy the wedding function according to their needs and can do preparation
according to them. The location of wedding depends upon the guests of the families. As in
this weeding guest are more than 250 and space is also required in such a way that which
does not harm yo other people. If the families of bride and broom are in close and if one side
has a large guests as compare to other then destination wedding is right fit and it will be easy
to throw the multicultural wedding. The space of every function should be large so that every
one can easily enjoy and does not harm to other people.

The people are belonging from different cultures and both the families want to do wedding
according to the both culture. The wedding will be done on the basis of both cultural so that

keep the people stress free. It is important to design the event plan so that people will not face
any obstacles regarding what will be going on today functions. Event design plan helps
everyone in planning an wedding event to get best experience. Their main is to provide all the
