INTRODUCTION
The event planner organisation organize the various events according to the need and demand of
the market. The report highlights the various events organise by the event planner and how they
organize the event. It explains the different trends in the external environment which influences
the changes in the event planner organisation. It also highlights the key elements of doctors
conference and their implication.
1. Different kinds of events organize by the company
The event planner organization organize different events like birthday party, marriage
anniversary, cultural programs, fashion show, sports events, seminars and conference etc. In
birthday party events the decoration of the event is according to the like and dislike of the
organizers such as used the things which recognize them their childhood memories. They also
organize the marriage events like the baby shower, ring ceremony and anniversary celebration.
They prepare the decoration according to the events such as in baby shower they use the yellow
flower and decoration mostly of the yellow color. In fashion show they enhance the latest trend
and fashion in the market and also they present the tradition of the nation. They also organize
sports events for the company or different organization to motivate the employees and remove
their stress. The aim of event planner organization is to achieve the company goal and objective
by satisfying the customer through their valuable services (Plante, and et.al., 2017). They prepare
a proper plan to organize the event like for birthday party they collect the different photos and
memorable moments of the birthday boy / girl, select the best theme, select the decoration of the
choice of the birthday boy / girl etc.

Marriage anniversary : The event planner organization manager organize the marriage
anniversary. They use the latest technology and trends in their event like they show the special
lightning effects, flower show in their decoration. They also use the various videos related to

Doctor conference : The event planner organization also organize the conference of the doctors

sport, table tennis, basketball etc. They analyze the market trend, and the taste of the people to
know their interest and then organize that particular event so they can capture the huge youth
(Getz, 2018).

In medical and hospital area the market trend, technology make an huge impact on their
performance. The increasing usage of mobiles affects the life of individual. It help them to get
the knowledge about the various area but the same time the radiation from the mobile also effect
their life. The event planner organization organize the events to aware the people to the
environmental factors.
Technology : the change in the technology help the event manager to organize the event
effectively and efficiently. They can use the various mobile app to better understand the disease
like there are apps who help to get the knowledge about the BP level. They can use the advance
technology to make the discussion on the various disease and their symptoms like they can use
power point presentation to show the result of their carelessness.

The need and demand of the clients force the event management companies to organize the

new opportunities for the event management companies to organize such events. This celebration
of the birthday party, anniversary, special day, events create the new opportunity area for the
event planner.

new ideas
Conference room are booked by the people/organisation to discuss various aspects which
they came across at their daily routine work. Mainly the issue arising in bringing changes in their

improve their learning skills in various ways. Water and energy drinks facility are must which
enhance the interest of people at the time of meeting. Refreshments are helpful for the organiser
of that events to maintain the energetic behaviours at the time of providing services in hospitals.
7. Quality of Design and layouts meeting the specific needs of the association
Quality of design and layout results in taking proper and effective care of large number of
people attending the conference and they does not discriminate them on the bases of caste, sex
and colour and specially the age which is the major factors arises at the time of discrimination
(Armstrong and Page, 2015). As in eyes of events organizer, every members are equal and they
are to be treated equally.
To explore the expectation and needs and decision of the event's organizer while
conducting in the seminar is resulting in having the positive attitude towards the people and also
enhance their learning to use more technologies and develop skills to improve the working

organization to make proper planning strategy and provides quality service in their company.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be conclude that conference are the important place which
carries the crucial discussion of the company and also sometimes it related to longer growth of
the company in the better manner. Conference meeting is specially helps to discus with their
other members regarding the various strategies and planning which they used at the time of
bringing changes. In such study it also provides more information and enhancing the skills of the
doctors to learns and implement new strategies in their work place.
