achieve the goals of the organization (Rush et al., 2014). The leader needs effective
management tools for the success of the organization. The leader, who is dealing with the
students, requires to have the following characteristics for effectiveness and efficiency. The
skills are as follows –

3- Problem solving
4- Honest
5- Transparent
6- Focused
7- Charismatic
8- Passionate
9- Patient
10- Knowledgeable
In today’s world, the students are very much advanced and updated. They know their
strengths and weaknesses. The model of leadership that would be best in such scenario, is the
Democratic Style of Leadership (Jones, Norris & Kim, 2015). For training of the staffs, fulfilling
their expectations and for building relationship with them, this style of leadership can be used.
The leaders possess huge practical knowledge. They can understand the potentiality of the
students. Hence, leaders can be the best guide for the students in any circumstances. They should
also be open for suggestions. Therefore, it can be stated that, through effectiveness and
efficiency, leaders can build a good relationship with the staffs and students of the UCLA.

2. As an event manager, my primary task would be to identify ‘the lady’, who had been referred
to in the tweet. If she is in the team, I must have a conversation with her. I also need to have
a meeting with the teams to identify the main reason for the conflict. Then, if it is found that
the fault is in the policies of the Wounded Solider 5K, then the teams have to submit a report
to the top authority. I will have a direct meeting with the person, who has been victimized,
regarding the problem faced by him. Then the person would be benefited with both the free
service and the free membership for one year. This is one of the tools for promotion of the
services. In the present scenario, where the competition is so high, it is important for the
companies to retain their customers for the long term (Myers et al., 2015).
Different events attract different type of customers. The customers belong to
various different cultures, norms and background. As the organization is based on youth
oriented Event management, the pool of customers, who are mostly the tech savvy young
generation, needs to be addressed in the social media. The social media provides a platform,
where the companies target their customers consistently for product promotion. They can
promote, take the feedback and provide solutions in just few seconds. The social media also
allows the customers to express their needs and wants.
3. Designing a new weight room and wrestling complex need a substantial amount of
investment. The funds can be raised from angel investors or by taking loans from the banks.
For designing, planning and constructing of the process, following points need to be
considered:
1- Minimum space between two instruments
2- Minimum two restrooms for men and women

5- There should be enough number of the instruments so that no person sits idle.

dressing styles, food, ceremony rituals, the addressing style and everything else was
based on this particular theme. They estimated the people`s background and their values.
Therefore, according to me they have made this wonderful change.

system also managed to introduce different kind of foods for both lunch and dinner. For
