INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoints is refer as “career perspective” which concern within the pattern about
employment which related experiences. This will reflect on individual about having impact on
career. The shifting of career is very important towards individual person, as he/she enters into
specific field after qualifying about required on education qualification to current competencies.
As I want to make career in business management in future business I want to make my career in
event management sector (Akkermans and et. al, 2018). I choose this field because it will
provide chance to communicate within various people which are unknown to me along with my
career to buy more business from clients and increase my wealth. Event management is my
specialise that will ensure to enhancing my career that assists me towards developing my skills.
In this following report, it covers about more knowledge, experiences and competencies which is
being demonstrate for required in job for recognised company.

1. General trends creates an impact on Event industry
After completing of my post graduation in Event Management course, to accomplish my
education part h have get job experience in small firm called MGN Events Ltd. During my job
have learned many important key aspect in event related practise such as how to create network,
decision making, forming team and effective communication (Baumgartl and Buettner., 2020).
Some of technology trend which discover and it plays an important role within professional life
that leads towards successful. Live streaming: It has been stable on trend where world of event
technologies about certain period. Due to Covid- 19, many companies are changing virtual
events live stream is having events towards response on pandemic situations (Bozionelos, Lin
and Lee., 2020). Artificial intelligence: As per research firm on market and markets where
Artificial market is having wide range of opportunity for scrutinize job which integrate Artificial
intelligence on next five years . The use of Artificial intelligence is for growing, because it
enhance better customer experience individual within better time period. Better personalise
communication: The human connection is important more than ever. In Event management
company effective communication is requires for handling clients to generate more networking
in effective manner.

Innovation is any kind of form that is always preferred through customer and having
enhance company's productivity along with positive outcomes. Therefore, due to acceptance
about new potential talent by company. Innovative employees helps to brings new business
opportunities that for attain positive outcomes (Chin and et. al., 2019). Advanced technologies
resources such as secondary that comprise resources to utilise by employees for gain competitive
advantages. Some of companies not attain new technologies as there is high cost involvement
and further innovation is creates most important companies towards international level to meet
competitive advantages and having sustainability in competitive advantages. In perspective to
increase client information for generates network in event business management. Event
technologies management helps to enhance for better experience for participation where
technology makes their work towards an event manager in easier way to allows for focuses on
main part of event . It support towards overall aspect ranging from participation towards project
management.
The role of technologies within event management technologies are:
Save time: The event management software which can support to focuses on most
important aspect of planning. The software arranges or keeping record of data which it
easy to use and arrange as per pattern.
Cost effective: Through the use of planning tools, this allows proper guidance for
providing optimum information to use certain amount of aspect that enhance to analyse
areas for using for future needs.
Better communication: Communication plays an important role in every perspective of
business where it easier to undertaking participate planning towards an event for better
collaborate within another. Proper communication is one of key factor that determines to
being as successful.
2. Skills, knowledge and Experiences required.
As a part of task management it is analysed for being a central part of Event business.
There is significant planning and some sort of managerial task are achieved for collaborative
working (Conte and Omary., 2018). It is to justify about new position and it is very necessary for
individual candidate to having strong communication skills along with highly knowledge in
computer technology such as Microsoft Excel, Power point and other managerial skills which is

knowledge and expertise:
Personal skills:
Interpersonal skills: In event planning, it is all about interacting and dealing with
people to convince for provide better event management. This helps to develop strong
and effective communication skills in order to relate more easily to people. Therefore, it
is one of most important where planning of event which require skill needed. Successful
event manager have ability to make their people for meet and build healthy relationship
with them.
Creativity and Innovation: There is main role of creativity in event business
management that enhance to bring unique idea to generate expectancy outcomes (Guo,
Wang and Wang., 2019). The maximum coverage about event through media and event
manager is required is to devise affordable ideas to accomplish that goal.
Area of knowledge and expertise:
Organisational skills: To being an effective event manger such as choreographer
who guides and together in harmonious sympathy. They posses superior events about
to coordinate skills as it having master in organisation. Through outstanding
organisational skills are backbone of maintaining people, schedule vendors and more.
Leadership skills: The great event manager posses impressive leadership skills for
inherent quality of lead people. Such skills are crucial for not only successful event
(Ibanez and et. al, 2018). The leadership skills helps to contribute for accomplished
individual for developing strong leadership skills.

Ans. Manager 1 view: Managerial skills and other interpersonal skills are plays an important

more creativity as well as practical knowledge through working in organisation is generates
different types of platform to generate.
Evaluation
As per above overall information elaborates towards forming career in background of
post graduate in Event business management as I am looking job in particular event industry in
United Kingdom (Mahmud, Talukder and Rahman., 2020). There are some companies such as
Beyond Certainty and MCL create are these two event venture which effective role to provide
towards innovative companies. To facing struggle and then I got job in Beyond Certainty as per
my suitable profile. Under this job role, I am required to having plan on various marketing task
that are required to having different companies development.
CONCLUSION
From the present report that it is concluded that is very necessary to have important skills
and excellence credentials which suits towards event management specialisation that helps to
develop better career. This is very evaluate about company requirement that all needs which
person while looking to chance for development. It can also be conducted on various job which
requires different types of skills that is necessary for current in candidate towards specific job.
The skills and competencies always helps an individual to enhance them to attain development
and growth in his or her career.
